Save Pro Turf

Dawn was great to work with. She listened to our needs and wishes and incorporated those in to a great design. She and her assistant Krissa were very prompt and professional. The final product was excellent and our neighborhood has taken notice. We highly recommend Save Pro Turf for your next landscaping improvement.

We’ve used SavePro Turf for the second time now. Once in our previous property and again in our current and I’m very pleased with the high quality of craftsmanship that goes into the detailed work. Dawn came out and took measurements then gave me a quote on the spot! It usually takes contractors or landscapers week (s) to get back to you. Signed the contract and had installation done within a week (even during the holiday week). The guys that do the job have been always respectable and knowledgeable! This installation required moving raised garden beds and they did it with ease. Even reattached the plumbing that went to it. I highly recommend SavePro Turf!

Save Pro Turf just installed turf in our backyard, and we love it! We have two dogs and they are in heaven. I was so impressed with Dawn when she came out to give me an estimate… and I can’t say enough about the installers! Personable, fun, yet did their job amazingly well! After they drove off, you couldn’t even tell they had been there… well, except for the beautiful backyard! Highly recommend!!! :)

I don’t consider myself a big reviewer however I felt it was necessary this time. Save Pro Turf did an amazing job on our yard, the whole process was great. Nick was the sales rep that came out to the house, he was super friendly didn’t mind our dogs and very professional. He went over every step of the process and the product. We immediately agreed! When we scheduled the appointment they gave us an appropriate time of how it would take and that was dead on to! The guys showed up right on time and got the job done in the amount of time we were told. That is what I appreciated the most. It was a great working with them, I’m truly enjoying my back yard now and I would recommend them to anyone.

Follow up on my review!
A couple weeks ago, I noticed there was water running in one area from under our new artificial turf whenever I turned on the sprinklers and watered my flowers. When they laid the turf, they had capped all of the unused sprinklers but evidently one was now leaking. I called Tom and he said he would have his team stop by and check the sprinkler.
Alex and his crew stopped by as promised. They pulled up a section of the turf and told me that one of the nails that had been used to anchor the turf had punctured the sprinkler pipe. They were able to repair the puncture and once again, cap the sprinkler in that area.
I expected that they would clean up any dirt they made while doing the repair but what I didn’t expect was that they would also clean up my whole front yard! They first got out the grass blower and cleaned up all of the leaves that were blown along my walkway and around the bushes. They then raked the leaves up and put them in the can instead of blowing them into the street as I would have done! :) Then they got out their machine and «raked» my turf, which made it even prettier and more natural looking than it already was!
I was once again, impressed with Alex and his crew professionalism and consideration! They went over and above to make me happy customer! Alex even gave me his personal cell phone number in the event I ever have any problems.
Our yard is the best looking yard in the neighborhood! I have often had people stop and admire how nice the turf looks. We are so happy that we took up the grass that required so much maintenance and water and replaced it with our beautiful turf! And we even got a rebate to do so!

We had the installation of our artificial turf scheduled for 9:00 today at our vacation home in rancho mirage. We both took off work and drove an hour and a half from our home in Orange County to be here for the install and at 8:30 they called and told us that the turf we selected was out of stock and that they had to cancel. I spoke to Tom the owner who’s only suggestion was to cancel the entire order. We feel totally misled by the salesman Frank and feel the owner Tom was very rude. I would never recommend this company.
