I was ripped off by these guys! Purchased a kickass Samsung back in September and it worked great until January the HDMI inputs stopped working. I contacted NRG and drove out to Corona to have it taken care of. They took 2 weeks and ended up swapping me for a larger Sony Bravia and i paid extra for a larger tv. I fired up the Bravia and the picture was horrible. So once again i drove out to Corona from LA with that TV, and they swapped for another Bravia, get home and same junk. I called up Marc A Garcia, the owner and he agreed to swap it again for a Vizio. The vizio was about 300 bucks cheaper and he said i should receive a check for the difference within a week. I get home from Corona with my new Vizio, i unbox it… and wow, this TV was physically broken!!! The screen was shattered, casing was broken, just horrible! So on Monday i called and no answer, Tuesday i call and no answer, wednesday i recieved a reply text saying that the warehouse was broken into and Marc is at the police station filing a report. That’s the last i heard from this place. Never provided me another swap, or refund. So i got assed out of almost a 1000 bucks. I am now glad they got broken into (if that’s true), because Karma always wins.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical when I saw the ad on Craigslist for a 55″ Samsung LED Smart TV for $ 600. I called NRG, and they were extremely friendly, and knowledgable on the products. I needed the TV delivered ASAP for a Super Bowl party, and they drove all the way to West Hollywood within a few hours of ordering the TV. They came in, took it out of the box, and set everything up for me for a very fair delivery charge. I told all my friends at the Super Bowl party about them and would ABSOLUTELY refer them to anyone. If and when I’m in the market for another TV or piece of electronics, it’s where I’m going. Highly, highly recommend NRG.

Every item that they sell is remanufactured! They don’t disclose that they are used! I spent $ 1,600 on a 65″ Vizio M series which was only $ 200 cheaper than in a real retailer. After they left I found damage and called them only to find out that it was used and that they wouldn’t take it back. 7 months later and it won’t work right and they offer zero support! They lied and said they would help me since I didn’t know it was used and after 8 weeks of being given the run around they won’t return any of my calls or text. I worked very hard for the money that I spent with them and now feel like an idiot for buying from a place off or Craigslist or Facebook. Spend a little bit more in a real store for a new unit and save yourself the headaches! They don’t deserve your money and definitely don’t deserve to be in business!

If your in the market for a TV, make sure you talk with these guys. Im a return customer… Ive now bought 4 55″ TVs from these guys for myself and family recently, 2 of them installed by their team and Im very happy with the prices and services. I will be buying some of their 40″ smart tv for my customers… thx for taking care of me NGR!!!

I first thought it was a scam and after not finding better prices, I took the risk. I originally ordered a 50 inch LG model and took a half day off since they were coming install it. They never came and called stating they didn’t order them. He apologized and mentioned they’ll upgrade to a 55 for free which they did and patiently waited for 3 more days. The day of the install they forgot batteries for the controller which was fine but when I bought batteries the controls didnt work as they should be. He dropped another controller and also ordered the wrong one. Later he ordered the right one and took 3 weeks to arrive!

Bought a TV from them. Great deals. Most friendly and knowledgeable people working there. They’re install abilities are amazing. The go the extra mile so well I almost felt guilty. Great place!!!

NRG Electronics is the go-​to place for all your smart HDTV needs. I found them thru Craigslist and to be honest I was skeptical at first why their HDTV deals were so cheap compared to other HDTV vendors out there. TV is not a small investment to me hence I certainly want to make sure NRG is a legit source, not one of those fly-​by-​night companies.
Alex was the staff who helped me when I made contact with NRG, and WOW I have to say he’s very knowledgeable & courteous throughout our entire conversation regarding TV specs, recommendation & warranty info. All my previous questions & concerns were resolved so I decided to spend close to a g for this 55″ 3D 240Hz LED TV from NRG. The delivery was prompt & professional, and my sales Alex personally came deliver the TV in a neat NRG electronics uniform. He didn’t just drop off the TV then leave. Instead he helped me arrange the TV to my desired spot, tested the TV & did a brief walkthrough with me.
Overall, I’m fully satisfied with NRG Electronics’ amazing TV deals and their impeccable customer service. I elected to gamble for a TV deal on Craigslist n I’m super glad that I did. I saved about $ 400 on this amazingly elegant & sharp 3D HDTV, and I wud absolutely recommend NRG to my friends n family who’s in need to get into the smart TV generation.

Great experience ever when purchasing a Smart TV. Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable on finding the right TV for us. Not to mention the price which was much lower then any of the competitors. I bought 3 smart TVs and the transaction and delivery was smooth. I’m a happy camper and I’ll definitely be back again!

I was shopping for a flatscreen when I came across these guys on Craigslist. I thought there was a typo til I called & spoke to someone. They took my info over the phone, delivered & setup the unit in my home. When the unit arrived it wasn’t the one I ordered it was the next latest model with 3D. As well as wifi internet. I’ve been enjoying basketball especially on my 55″ screen since. Thanks guys.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CHARLATANS! BEWARE!
Here’s the story…
Exactly a week ago, I contacted them with the intention of purchasing a 65″ Panasonic Plasma for $ 1100. I needed it for an event I was having the next (this current) week. I spoke with MICHAEL. He quoted me a price on the tv of $ 1290. Huh? I told him the craigslist ad said $ 1100. He told me it was a typo and for some reason Craigslist would n’t allow him to change the price on the ad. Since it sounded like classic bait and switch, I told him to forget it, and hung up.
The next day Michael calls back «I talked to my boss and he will honor the price»… OK, now we are in business! Great! I give him all my information and he gave me a delivery date of Saturday (the next day) between 10am and 12pm. I asked him if he was sure the people would come BECAUSE I WAS ABOUT TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. He told me they would be there, and I said «okay» (in my mind, that would be early enough to still leave and go to the snow after).
10am comes… no tv. That’s okay, it’s still early.
11:30am comes… no tv. Ok. It’s still within the window.
12:10pm comes… WHERE THE F*&%@ IS MY TV???
I call. And call. And call… No answer. WTF?! I wait. 2pm, 3pm, 4pm. NO TV. AND NO ONE CALLS!!!
I go through the other ads on Craigslist and find another «NRG» ad with a different phone number. I call and NATE picks up. I want to know where the hell my tv is… He finds my order and calls the delivery people. Comes back to me, «he doesn’t know». Now, Nate was nice. He tells me he’ll research whats going on and call me back. When he calls back, he tells me some sort of miscommunication happened, BUT HE WILL DELIVERY MY TV THE NEXT DAY (SUNDAY) AT NOON. Now yes, I’m hot as fish grease! This is another day WASTED dealing with these people and a day I could have been snowboarding at Big Bear! They didn’t even have the decency to call me and tell me the tv wasnt coming. I had to ambush poor unsuspecting Nate. But fine. I need this TV and WILL FORGO MY ENTIRE TRIP TO GET THE TV DELIVERED TO ME ON SUNDAY.
Sunday comes. 11am, I get a text from Nate. «I’m sorry, I can’t deliver your tv, I’m here to pick it up, but it’s not in the warehouse. I felt you would like to know.» WHAT??? Now I am ear popping, steam coming out of my head FURIOUS!!! Yes Nate, thank you for telling me and not leaving me out to dry, BUT NO THANK YOU FOR BASICALLY JUST RUINING MY WHOLE WEEKEND. I just gave up my WHOLE weekend to wait on a tv that never came. GREAT.
Monday. I call, Michael picks up. «Where’s my tv, Michael?»… «What?! You never got it???»… «Uh, no. And you guys ruined my whole weekend while I sat here waiting for it.» Michael hangs up to find out what happened. He calls me back to tell me THE TV WHAT AT HIS BOSSES SISTER’S HOUSE CAUSE THEY USED IT TO WATCH THE SUPERBOWL and it hadn’t been picked back up yet :-|
Well F*CK. Game over. Payment cancelled.
I wasted time and money dealing with these idiots. Never again. I ended up buying at a big box store. And yes, I wanted to get a good deal on a tv, but you get what you pay for. This experience and losing out on my holiday weekend out of town was not worth the $ 150 I would have saved on this tv (it was a COSTCO/​Walmart model that sold for $ 150 more.)
And they do have other negative reviews. Check the filtered reviews. I wish I had checked before this whole mess started.

Bought a TV for my parents back in November and now I’m planning on buying one for myself. Price was great and the TV came with everything it would have, just as if I were to have bought it at the store for $ 150 more. They provide you with warranty and can even get extended for a couple more bucks. Staff was great and they had everything in Stock. I’m surprised nobody has left a review. I definitely recommend this place. Don’t hesitate to purchase because you don’t trust places found on Craigslist… Not everyone is a scammer.

Great people!!! I purchased a 55″ vizio M series 3d tv plus a wall mount and warranty for under $ 1k. the same tv at best buy and at other places was $ 1,040 it self. I had no issues wit the tv or mount. everything came brand new. The people were great and did not bs me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a tv. You will not be disappointed.
