Speechless… This place is so awesome! I came from another massage place and I will continue my membership here! Cost is awesome and the massage was professional and the facial was very well! I’m excited to go back and I would highly recommend over any other massage place. I couldn’t tell you enough! The ambiance was perfect, music was perfect, the massage and facial are in different rooms which I like! Dona is great!

They stole money from me.
I went to this place once with my now ex-​girlfriend for a couples massage. Our experience was positive, but it was the first massage place I’ve ever gone to, so I have nothing really to compare it to.
Fast forward a few months…
I receive an $ 80 charge from this place.
I call and ask what it’s for. I did not make a reservation or authorize one.
They tell me that I made a couples massage reservation… I did not.
I eventually find out that my ex-​girlfriend made a reservation with my name and because this place had my card on file, allowed her to pay for it with my card.
She didn’t even show up for the appointment, but they charged me anyway.
I never spoke with them to make an appointment and I never gave my consent to let another person make a reservation on my behalf or use my card.
After all of this, I ask if I can have my money back.
After all, she never even showed up and it wasn’t even my fault.
They say no. They’re still going to keep the charge and steal my money because it’s an un-​canceled reservation.
For a place that is supposed to be about relaxation and tranquility, this place is causing me a huge amount of stress.
Do not leave your cards on file here.
They will charge you for an absurd reason and not refund you.

I am sort of in the middle with this place. Today was my first time. I was trying to schedule a couples massage for me and my boyfriend at glen ivy but that was hopeless and that’s how I found this place. Plan was to start of with massages here then spend the day at glen ivy.
I booked a 90 min couples massage which they do require a card to hold and I have no problem with that. We showed up right on time and was walked to the room right away.
My massage was okay but the areas I asked for were not really taken into consideration. I type and stand on my feet a lot and I told the lady those were my areas of concern including my shoulders but she only focused on the shoulder and barely spent any time on my hands and feet. I think she did too much on my shoulders they are kinda sore now.
My boyfriend said it was just okay. I heard him several times asking for more pressure but he said he didn’t get any. My massage was fine except for my areas not being focused on. I hate a routine and not focusing on the clients requests. *you don’t really get to see your partner or talk during massage*
Price wise it was great and I had a facial after that we cancelled cuz they could only take me and not my boo and we were running out of time for Glen.
Time wise facial didn’t workout and I asked if I could reschedule and initially was told I would have to pay anyway but the front desk girl went in the back and said it was okay to cancel so we appreciated that.
Overall okay. Price great for 90 min compared to what we would have paid at Glen ivy. place is good just be specific of your needs!

I don’t usually treat myself to a massage but thought I’d give this place a try. My therapist was Jamie and she did exactly what I needed. I wanted her to do deep tissue and she did exactly that. I felt like she got all the knots out of my back. I life feeling so relaxed. I will be back here again.

I was a massage spa first timer and my experience was pleasant. My husband and I made a same day appointment (which is usually impossible) for a 90 minute couple’s massage. We arrived ten minutes early to be greeted warmly by the receptionist. We filled out a brief pre-​massage questionnaire so the therapists could better understand and accommodate our likes/​dislikes. My therapist was Melissa. She was very personable and welcoming while introducing herself and explaining the process of the massage. I have a few health problems that she needed to be aware of and she was completely understanding and attentive. However, throughout the 90 minutes she was sneezing and coughing often enough for me to feel I needed to make light of it so she didn’t feel uncomfortable (I actually asked if she was allergic to me). I enjoyed the massage itself very much. I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle Melissa’s hands were. I am very sensitive to pain and she was awesome. I’m assuming my husband enjoyed his because he fell asleep and was snoring. All in all we had a great couple’s massage!

I have been on a membership for about a year and a half now. I signed up during my pregnancy, and it was really helpful to get the massage therapies in my lower back and legs. After I had my child, I still kept my membership. So I try to go every now and then to get my monthly massage or a facial :) The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. My favorite therapist is Dona, but she is only available on weekends. Try it, you won’t regret it.

Always love getting a massage here. The 90 minute ones are the best. Always leave feeling so much better after. Great staff and nice clean place. Am keeping my membership for a long time.

I’m absolutely a fan of this joint. The people are friendly and welcoming. I have signed up for 5+ messages to date. Only had 1 bad message and that was because the lady had wimpy hands. I’m a deep tissue kind of guy, so I need a Masseuse with strong hands. Sharlayne fit the bill and was great. I will definitely be back. My wife is on a 12 month plan and she loves it there as well. Go Green (Spa)!

Can’t wait to use up my 15 massages that I have already paid for. I can’t cancel my membership because I lose the 15 I paid for. The can’t freeze my account for 3 months because during that time freeze I can’t make an appointment. My mission is to go and go until the 15 massages are used up and than I will cancel. The staff is very friendly but the policy is silly. I wonder what a lawyer would say. They keep taking my money every month but if I cancel I lose everything I’ve paid for? Makes no sense to me!

No stars for this place! I went 10 min late and asked me come back after an hour! I went there again after an hour and they told me no appointment available! One more thing, they want your credit card information on the phone to book an appointment!!! This place and staff looked shady! Be carful if want to use them!!!

I gave this a try after coming in Glen Ivy. The lounge is very nice and classic.
Massage is also a great experience. Takia and Darla is definitely a great therapist.

I am a regular massage enthusiast (what woman doesn’t love a good massage right) and since joining the Massage Green have been very happy with the therapists, prices and availability! I like that with my monthly membership fee I get 1 free massage and 4 others can be on my account to get discounted massages at any time for free! I added my mother and father in law so this is a great therapy for a reasonable price.

My boyfriend and I came here about two weeks ago. We’re both content with our experience. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer any questions. The two girls that massaged us did well. I think my bf had a better experience than I did. Unfortunately it wasn’t a «life changing» experience and we probably won’t be going back. But it was a great place for our first couples massage. The prices were reasonable for a first timer.

I went in for a massage today with Takia. She was super nice and great at what she does. Ive been having back issues for weeks now and she really focused on my main problem. I dont understand the bad reviews with the timing because my massage was literally 51 minutes. The introductory price was definitely the best price. Low price with great service. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist was very friendly. I will be returning and getting a membership. Thank you again.

My husband and I got a couples massage here. It’s a nice place and has a fantastic intro price ($ 29/​person/​hour). My husband loved his massage, mine was just alright. I’ve definitely had better. Our appt was at 3:30, they didn’t come out until 3:35. By the time we started our massage it was 3:40. Then it ended at 4:25. Our «hour» massage ended up being 45 minutes. Just something to think about! Didn’t care too much since it was so cheap, but it’s wrong to advertise it as an hour if it’s really not.

Decided to give this place a try for a Swedish full body massage+aromatherapy and wasn’t disappointed. The front desk was so friendly and really made me feel comfortable. I loved the fact that they had a last minute appointment available for me! The lounge where you wait for your masseuse is lovely, warm, and comfy. I decided to give it an overall of 3 stars because the masseuse was sick and as soon as I started to relax she would sniff her buggers up. After the third time it just was annoying. I understand everyone gets sick but maybe since its suppose to be a calming and relaxing environment she should be the receptionist instead. Not interested in trying this place again!

This place is so full of lies and two face people! I like it at first but they raised my price and just took 10 Dollars more out of my account with out letting me know!
I went in to cancel my membership and asked them very nicely and politely if they let their customers about the raise in price. There were 3 girls when I went into cancel. Well all 3 answered in a sarcastically and smart ass tone saying they had sent emails and had signs up ! Well I never got an email and they didn’t even bother asking if I got the email or asked if they correct email was on their file! And I honesty do not remember seeing the signs! What bother me the most is that their attitude was very sarcastic and they were too friendly they really do not care about customers obviously they did not even apologize for raising their price and not letting customers know because I think they did not notify their customers ! I will never again signup for their membership or go to one of their facilities ! I will find a bother place where hopefully their front service girls are more professional because this ones were not at all very unprofessional ! Don’t buy their membership you can fun a much better massage too somewhere else ! Look further don’t go here it’s a reap off !!!
I tried post a not even one star post but to choose one in order to post but if it’s up to me I’d actually a zero start on letter grade it would be a F minus fail !

I love this place! It’s so inexpensive in comparison to Massage Envy. I was with massage envy for 6 months & I had to fight to get out of my contract. Here you can just cancel it an any time– no penalties. But it’s so cheap & you can transfer to your spouse so there’s really no reason to cancel! Everybody needs a good massage once a month. Especially if you work retail. ;)
My massage therapist was the best EVER… And I’ve had a lot of massages. She listens to what level of pressure you want & uses hot towels. They also use almost the full 60 mins on massaging you! Maybe 55 or 50 if you are late or take a while taking off your clothes. The first time I had a massage here I kept thinking it was over but she kept on going! She also listens when you say what area to focus on but doesn’t neglect all the other areas!
