I don’t know about the pricing on sending packages, but was there to send a modem back to AT&T. The owner said he has an UPS store so he would send it from his store and get back to me with confirmation number the next day. Well, he forgot to cl me back next day so I called on Friday to ask. He said e’ll go to his car and look for the paperworks and told to call back in 10min. This time, I forgot lol But on Monday, he remembered and called me back! i completely forgot about it over the wkend so what he did was very nice.

Been with them since 2008 Never Had Any Type Of Problems, Love There Service And Attention to Costumers.

This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave. The lady working there is beyond rude. She does not belong in a customer service atmosphere. She wouldnt even make eye contact. A lady walked in and asked where the drop off was for the mail & she just pointed to the box… the customer said oh there it is & the associate had the nerve to say duh and rolled her eyes. We asked her questions and she just handed us a list with prices. Will drive the extra miles for someone who is willing to help.

Just went into this place to mail a package all I asked for was a piece of tape and they actually wanted to charge me a dollar won’t be going back here anymore reidiculous 1 dollar for a piece of tape

Have used this place for years, but today they lost my business. I took a prepaid labeled box in to be shipped. The box needed to be taped. They had the nerve to charge me $ 1.00 for 1 strip of packing tape. All because it was a prepaid label. Doesnt matter that I purchased stamps at all. Very very bad customer service. I will never ever use this place again, and all because of their 1.00 charge.

The woman that works behind the desk said they charge about 10 — 15 dollars more then other locations so keep that in mind. She has always gone above and beyond for us. We’ve shipped and had forms notarized. Both are easy to do. They are very helpful and professional. Knowing that it’s a little pricer I still go to this location because they are the most helpful and professional.

Went here to ship a package UPS Ground. They charge approx. $ 10.00 more than a UPS store. What a ripe off for 3 minutes of there time. Will not ship from here again.

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! As I told the customers walking in as I was walking out. Walking in with the intentions of mailing off a package curious how much the postage would be I wait in line knowing other people are in front of me I stood my turn the lady behind the desk asked if I can help you confused because other people were being helped I asked if she was talking to me she chuckled and said yes so I smiled back and proceeded to her counter I asked how much would this be at a curiosity to send to South Carolina in a box? I want to be in a box cause the item is valued on the original packaging blah blah blah… Anyways, she then rudely says I don’t know probably about $ 10 I would put it in a bag if I were you It would be cheaper. then said but I want it in a box so it doesn’t get smashed she then says well you going to have to wait. I thought it was going to be something quick… are you serious did you just tell me that… I knew walking in the door there was a wait because I saw the line of people in there don’t tell me if you can help me and then you not being be able to help me because my question isn’t quick customer service was bad do not go here this store deserves it zero stars

Service slow, nasty, confrontational and condescending. Will never go back. What should have been simple, quick, and uneventful turned into the most unpleasant exchange I have had in the last 3 years. For no reason at all! Besides that the store was dirty and poorly stocked.

I’m right in front of the store, has a sign saying that it opens at 9am but it’s 9:40am and they are closed.
