My husband and I spent a lot of time looking for a great photographer for our wedding. When we found Jim and met with him, we knew he was the perfect person to photograph our wedding. He was funny, professional, and his pricing was the best in town! He didn’t put a time limit on our big day. He made people laugh. He took his time with everyone. He took amazing, and I mean AMAZING, pictures. Guests from my wedding are still talking about how great of a great personality Jim has. I am extremely happy with the results. Jim has been in this business for years, and his love for photography shines through in his work. I can’t stop looking at my pictures. Jim, you are amazing! Booking Jim Dorsey for my wedding in July 2013 was one of the best decisions my fiancé and I made for our wedding. He was the only photographer we met with and we immediately booked him on the spot. He is funny, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Just as in a previous review, he also arrived early to my parent’s house where I was getting ready and found the best background to take pictures. We did not have to worry or plan one thing when it came to pictures. Our pictures came out just as wonderful as he is.

He is a great photographer as far as his ability to take lovely pictures. My fiancé and I booked Jim Dorsey to shoot our 10−10−10 wedding in southern CA in April of 2009. We loved his photographs on his website, and upon meeting him in person we knew he would be the right photographer for us.
He arrived extra early on our wedding day and made sure to scour the grounds completely to find the best locations to take our pictures. He worked in a quick and timely manner and got along great with everyone!
Jim’s prices are very reasonable for the area and even though he has raised them since we booked with him last year, you are still going to get a great deal and AMAZING pictures.
