James K. Lai dentistry office is comfortable, modern, efficient, and friendly. Lai’s office is on the front end of technology along with the experience that leaves you feeling less anxious if seeing the dentist is not your favorite thing to do. I had my teeth cleaned, X-​rayed, and photograph with no discomfort. The images were explained thoroughly along with the possible areas that might become problematic. Other dentistries in the past have made the time drag from the time you first walk in until the time you’re finally done. In the two appointments I had and the several appointments my wife had neither one of us felt our time was unnecessarily wasted. Bottom line is the quality of work before anything else and James K. Lai and his staff delivers on every category.

Moved from SF a year ago and my friend recommended Dr. Lai. I never write reviews but felt compelled as he may be the best dentist I have been to. He has the most up to date technology and his staff is great. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family.

I just can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lai and his staff. Super friendly people. Great for adults and kids. My favorite thing about Dr. Lai is that he won’t push for unnecessary dental work or surgery. I had the 2 dentists at my child’s last office pushing for what appeared to be an extensive surgical procedure. Dr. Lai said my child MAY need that but not for another 2 years and that time period may prove it to be completely unnecessary. He also put it in terms of how he would treat his own child. Wow! Love him! And I love Diane at the front desk. She is very sweet and accommodating with the schedule.
