John is prompt, friendly and professional. My family and I recently used his limo services for drop off/​pick up from LAX. We enjoyed the limo drive very much, as the limo was clean and stocked with iced water and sodas. The music and light show was fun for my kids and my parents enjoyed the ride as well!

We booked a limo to make our phanthom of the opera experience perfect. Our driver showed up on time, and volunteered to take our pictures. He showed up in a suit, super professional. A full stocked bar, in advanced, asked us our preferred drinks; we were so excited, to see all of our favorite drinks, and chilled. Exceeded our expectations! They aim to please. We will definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with J & R Limo! We treated our baseball team to a limo ride for a day and Juan was awesome! He was early, polite, kind, knowledgeable, etc. felt like we were his only clients. The limo was clean and the boys had a great time. I would highly recommend using these guys, good people!

When my family and i went to jamaica .we decided to shop around for shuttle

What a wonderful experience with this service. Friendly drivers and beautiful and comfortable limo. Its the way to go! This was a surprise from my husband for my Birthday on Jan 5th. It arrived at our home and they helped my husband put in the baby car seat, they had cold drinks and water and the Limo was already warm and cozy for the winter day. Our Ipod and Iphones connected to the radio and it sounded great! Our drive to Disneyland was absolutely comfortable and at the end of a long and tiring day at Disney, they picked us up close to the park and we got home rested. We will charter this service again for comfort and worry free and fun transport — perhaps a winery tour next! Great value for the price.

I do not normally write reviews but had to share my horrible experience to warn others considering doing business with this company.
Worst car service. They did not show up to pick me and my bride up on our wedding day!!! We had to end up calling and waiting for a taxi. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service as well!
