If I could give zero stars, I would. Lured by cheap rates, I stored my trailer there. I prepaid for 4 months. The person helping me told me I would get a bill in the mail reminding me to pay. I never got a bill until it was 2 months overdue. The bill included $ 20 in late fees. I immediately called to pay and ask if they would waive the late fees since I never got a bill in the mail. Before I could explain, Alicia abruptly told me they would absolutely not waive late fees under any circumstances. I asked for her boss and she told me he would tell me the same thing. I left 3 messages for general manager Jesse to call back and he never did. I removed my trailer and finally got a call back from Jesse. He told me their rates were low so they would not waive anything. I pointed out I had been waiting for a bill in the mail which I had been assured was coming. He told me that bills are a «courtesy», not a promise, and that I should be personally responsible enough to pay my own bills. Everyone in the office was so rude, I refused to deal anymore with any of them. Eventually, someone above Jesse called and offered to settle with me for half of what they said I owed them. The storage lot is dirt and apparently when they weed the lot, they use a leaf blower to clean up. My covered trailer looked like it had been through a dust storm every time I picked it up. Also, the spaces are very tight and hard to get into. Dirty, cheap, dishonest. Not worth it.
