I perform every job myself to assure that you have the best experience possible. I am a certified professional and I stand behind my work. If you have any issues what so ever, I will take care of it, or issue a 100% refund. If you choose to hire me, I will show up on time and do what I say I’m going to do. Did a great job cleaning my carpet. Professional and reasonably priced. Liked the extra touch of protecting the corners of the wall with a guard so that his hoses don’t rub against it causing any marks. Fast and efficient and would highly recommend and Kyle supplied me booties to wear if I needed to step on the wet carpet.

I’m really happy with Dry Or Steam. I made my appointment yesterday and Kyle was able to fit me in his schedule today. It took Kyle a little over an hour to clean 1 bedroom, hallway & stairs. There was a spot in the carpet, the size of a apple and he was able to remove it. Even after I tried with various carpet solvents first. Which made it worse. I will definitely recommend Dry Or Steam to ALL my friends & family.

My new puppy wasn’t potty trained and decided to pee on my new sectional and the smell was unbearable so I found Kyle on Unilocal.He not only provided excellent customer service, was friendly, but got the stains and animal pee out of my sectional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, he can get the toughest stains out, competitive prices and also cleans tile which was an added bonus!
