The front desk is nice and modern but the prices seemed very high compared to other places I have been. And that was with the Unilocal coupon… But they did place my comforter in a nice reusable bag and I like that they are open both Saturdays and Sundays. Still a little too pricey for my taste, though.

This is a review for alterations. I brought three dresses that I haven’t been able to wear due to the straps/​shoulder needed to be taken in a couple of inches. I just received them back, and they are beautiful! Very professional looking job, and you would never know that they have been altered. A bit pricey, but it’s worth having quality work done. I will definitely come back for future alterations.

Found this cleaners through a Unilocal search. Saw they have a check-​in offer. Sweet! Selected it, dropped off my hubby’s dry cleaning and my pants (needed to be hemmed.) Well… The offer is good for DRY CLEAN ONLY. Not my alterations! They already have my clothes, so whatever. $ 12 an alteration. They better come out perfect.

I took my wedding dress in here to get pressed before the wedding the they did amazing. Billy was the who helped me I was worried because of the short time I had to get it done and he assured me that it would be done in time and it was. Thank you so much. I will be taking it back in do get cleaned and put in a box.

I just picked up my dry cleaning from the dry cleaning factory and feel compelled to leave a review. I always have the nicest people helping me and I love the fact that I can prepay and knock a few dollars off of my dry cleaning bill. I just left the store after speaking with Dolores and she is such a gem. I just wanted to let everyone know that the prices for dry-​cleaning are very reasonable and the staff are great.

I’ve used them about four or five times over the past year. So far I’ve been very pleased with their service and my items are returned exactly as requested. I have use them for dry cleaning, laundering, and hemming of jeans and have been very happy with all of the services. They are a bit pricier than my past dry cleaner but that drycleaner went out of business. Maybe because they weren’t charging enough? LOL. The price is why four instead of five stars. But the service and customer service is five star.

This cleaners stands out from the rest! You are always greeted with a smile and rarely do they even ask for my number! It’s already half way typed when I walk in. What I really appreciate is that they have never lost an article of our clothing and their courtesy repair is always a nice surprise! Our clothes are perfectly pressed and the pre pay is the best!!! Just drop and go!!!

RUN AWAY. Worst dry cleaners. Ruined shirt in past and I let it go thinking these things happen. My wife took brand new dress bought for a wedding to have steamed and specifically told them not to press because dress has flowing folds in the front. They said they understood. Went to pick up dress and dress had been pressed giving it straight creases instead of flowing gathers. Had to delay wedding trip a day to pick up after they tried to correct. Dress looked the same. Had to wear for wedding. Brought back to let them try to correct. Dress was a little better. They tried again. Dress still ruined. Wife spoke with owner and he told her to get the FUCK OUT of his store and threw the dress outside on the ground. Real professional. DON’T LET THEM RUIN YOUR CLOTHES AND THEN CURSE YOU FOR THEIR ERROR! NOW SO DISHONEST POSTING FAKE REVIEWS AFTER MINE.
