Dr Roger Y Tsutsumi

I visited the riverside location. I was a little late to the appointment because the gps led me to the wrong location. I called and informed them that was I was bit lost. When I arrived 15 mins late I was greeted kindly and my experience was great. Everyone was so kind. I had my toddler with me and after having to have a minor procedure done (I didn’t know it was going to happen) the staff helped out with «babysitting» my little one. Dr T was so nice and his bedside manor is both compassionate and informative. He has a very easy was of describing things that puts you at ease. My only complaint is that he can’t be my primary care doctor!!!

After searching for a doctor who accepted my school insurance, I found Dr. Tsutsumi through my insurance listing and was pleased that he is local to where I live, I went to his Corona office.
The office is clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and make a point to get to know you as an Individual, which is very important in the medical field. Dr. Tsutsumi’s bedside manners are fantastic, he tries to connect with you as an individual and makes sure you are well informed with your condition, and helps patients to understand what is happening to reduce any fears or worries.
I went to him because I had a bunion that needed surgery. He made sure he was clear in his explanations, he discussed his plan from start to finish, and was incredibly thorough. He wants to provide his patients with top notch care, and takes his work very seriously because in the end his ultimate goal is to have happy and healthy patients.
I cannot recommend him enough, Dr. Tsutsumi and his staff are absolutely wonderful and really made my entire surgery and post-​surgery process a complete breeze!

Visited Riverside location. The appointment was litttle hard to get (got mine 2wks from the date i called). The wait time was litttle long (30min) but the dr was really nice! He takes his time to listen and doesn’t rush his appointments. I would definitely recommend!

I visited Dr. Tsutsumi’s Corona office today as a new patient. I arrived 30 minutes early and was promptly greeted at the front desk. The paperwork is short and easy to fill out. I was taken into a room shortly agter my scheduled appointment time and waited pehaps 10 minutes to be seen.
Dr. Tsutsumi is a pleasant man and he was very attentive to my history and his exam was quick and relatively painless. My x-​rays, doppler and ultrasound-​guided injection were all completed in office after which we discussed a treatment plan to fit my schedule and needs. I truly feel that he cares about my life outside of his office and that he did his best to accomodate that without compromising the effectiveness of his treatment. I was fitted for — and left with — a walking boot and I feel confident that our plan will lead to a good outcome. All of Dr. Tsutsumi’s staff are as pleasant as he is: they work well together and mad my experience as enjoyable as any doctor visit can be expected to be.
I would highly recommend Dr. Tsutsumi to anyone seeking a local podiatrist.

Went to this doctor after my horrible experience with Jeffrey Katz. Dr. Tsutsumi is great. Staff is very nice! Not a long wait at all. He does not over book. Knows what he is talking about and is caring which most doctor these days are not.

Dr. T was awesome! I waited for what I think was a long time but the kindness of his staff and the great beside manner was worth the wait. The quality of the care I received was unmeasurable. I went for an ingrown toe nail and was terrified. He was honest quick and it was way less painful than I thought.

be careful if you are paying. they will keep increasing price every month. the first shot i paid $ 100 for the third i paid $ 300 for. just weeks in between. you have to ask them everytime how much or they will over charge you.

I went to the Riverside location and Dr. Tsutsumi was very informative and detailed in examining everything to me and answering all of my questions. He had x rays and an ultrasound taken of my toes to make sure I didn’t have an infection. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful — I spoke with 4. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Tsutsumi and his staff.
Also, his educational background includes USC, which is always a huge plus for me!

Very nice and professional staff. Clean waiting room/​office with a very short wait time.
The lidocaine block was administered perfectly, I didn’t feel any pain during the minor procedure.
