I really, really wanted to like this place because the gal who checks me in is always so nice(hence the 1 star). Unfortunately, the quality just isn’t there. The past 3 times I have received my clothing back badly wrinkled and have had to re-press everything myself. My last order cost $ 20 for 2 pairs of pants and 2 jackets, all of which came back extremely wrinkled. I had to re-press everything when I got home — isn’t this part of the reason we take things to the cleaner? Unfortunately, I am now on the hunt for a new dry cleaner.

Citrus Village employees acknowledge they received my wife’s dress pants and accidentally included them in another customer’s dry cleaning. My wife’s pants were given to the other customer when he/she picked up his/her clothes. It has been nearly one month and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. The employees claim the owner is aware but they state, «We can’t make him call you. Let’s just wait for the other customer to return the pants.» Seriously? How long do we wait? This is how you treat your customers? We’ve been customers of this business for well over 15 years. Very disappointed and we WILLNOT be returning… sad, very sad customer service.

Have been going there for 17 years and the first time I have a problem they won’t do anything to resolve my issue. The owner won’t return a phone call and the girls working there have no power to do anything and won’t return phone calls. Horrible service for a customer who has being doing loyal business for 17 years. Buyer beware… don’t expect to get your clothes back when you drop them off. They gave 3 pairs of my pants to someone else!!! They know what they did, admitted to it but tell me the only thing they can do is wait until they bring in my pants. WHAT??? You gave 3 pairs of my $ 90 pants to someone else and there is nothing you can do but wait until they bring them back? What if they never bring them back? Response: Oh, that never happens. Well, that was 4 weeks ago, and I still have no pants, no call back from the owner even though I’ve asked repeatedly. I’ve had to call and/or go down there every other day and the response I’ve gotten is «No one called you?» No, no one has called me and no one is giving me solutions other than wait… NOT acceptable! I you can’t get my pants back then give me my money back for the pants. Response: «The owners not going to want to do that he will only give you what it costs to clean the pants!» Are you kidding me!!! You lost $ 270 worth of my pants through no fault of mine and you will pay me for what the dry cleaning is worth! Worst customer experience ever. Still no call today my discussion yesterday. I will be down there on Friday, my day off and picketing the store! Absolutely insane! No stars for this place, wouldn’t go back if you paid me!!! Good luck if you have an issue! Loyalty gets you nothing. Not to mention I just spent over $ 100 dry cleaning some upholstery… on top of normal weekly dry cleaning… So disappointing a business will treat customers this way. Can’t say enough about this horrible experience!!! In order to post I have to give it a star but please no I give the NOSTARS!

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Janitors who clean poop in toilets for a living probably have better attitudes than the main girl who works here. Everytime I go there she has the most upset and bitchiest look ever. I don’t think she’s ever laughed in her whole life. Anyways the other day I went to pick up my mom’s clothes as an errand and didn’t know what to expect so I just happily paid for what she gave me. Went home and turns out she didn’t give me HALFOFMYMOM’S OTHERCLOTHES. So I had to waste precious gas and time to drive back to see that unpleasant bitch and what do you know, she’s pissed off again for no reason. Honestly scares me to even step foot in that place. I tell her she didn’t give me all of my clothes the other day and she says I probably read the receipt wrong. Um is she joking? My mom didn’t just MAKEUP that she left other clothes there. So what do you know, she finds the other clothes. Bitch doesn’t even say sorry. And she still looks pissed off when I’M the one who should be pissed off. Clothes came out fine; worker is an unpleasant scrooge

1) The staff is unfriendly and have attitude problems, 2) Ranchero music blasting so loud in the background they’re probably not really paying attention to the work at hand, 3) They ruined a pair of pants by not removing a food stain and by pressing another crease where there shouldn’t be one. 4) Ordered laundry service for three shirts, only one them was pressed correctly(the others came back with either a hard wrinkle under the button area or a new crease on the collars … totally unacceptable). I gave an extra star for taking my expired coupon but total bill was still more expensive than the competition.

Very expensive, consumer beware :( Dropped off 2 pants and a shirt and was charged $ 10.25 for the entire set. Compared with Saturn Cleaners these prices are excessive for so/so service. I would not recommend this location.

They are on time, usually about a day or so. They are friendly, witch is a plus. The only thing I dont necessarily like is that my pants come back with two creases on each pant leg. The person that presses my pants needs to slooooooow down just a bit. A little quality control on the finished product wouldn’t hert. Other than that everything is all good there.
