Cesar is the man! This place is like a culture shock for me but the people are friendly the wait is very minimal and the cuts are damn near perfect. On any given day loud Mexican music with barbers singing and cutting fades, it’s fun as hell… lol I love it!

Definitely the best barber shop in the
Inland empire! I’ve been coming here since day one. They have the best barbers! No matter who I go with they always hook up my son with a SICK fade!!! Place is clean Great atmosphere, good music cool ass pictures on the wall, manager is always very attentive! I would definitely recommend this spot to everyone looking for a good Cut!

You have to schedule appointments. Old fashion walk-​ins get bad service. They need to develop a better system.

Been coming here for about 4 years. Usually get a decent haircut but today I experienced some garbage customer service. First guy who cut my hair was an older gentleman who seemed to have no experience cutting hair. Messed up taper fade and could barely feel him cutting my hair. The guy who is in the wheelchair (Miguel?) sends me to another barber to get my beard lined up. That’s when the 2^nd barber calls up Miguel to show him how bad my haircut was. And then in Spanish, Miguel says that I was okay with the haircut (I was definitely not okay with the haircut). Then Miguel begins to make excuses for the older gentleman saying that «he had family over so he was in a hurry». wtf seriously? That’s some bullshit. If the barber himself is in a hurry, don’t cut your client’s hair.
Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because the 2^nd barber did his best to fix up my cut.

It was good when they first opened, but good service has declined over the years. They take forever even if you make an appointment. I ended up just buying my own kit and having my homeboy do my hair. If you are going to run a business, screen your employees and make sure they know what customer service means, don’t just hire people because they are barbers!

Best barber shop in town go see Carlos Carlitos is the man he takes his time and does a great job every barber in this shop is good. The atmosphere is great music is good.

Again and again we continue coming to this location and leave satisfied. Great quality haircuts of all kinds by the experience of barbers that the shop has two offer. Like any other great barbershop the weights can be somewhat expensive depending on the time of day but the great thing is they do take appointments. My preference Raul, for you that like fades (ask for the panne dropper haircut) although everyone else there can get down.

Great place. Came to have someone fix the crapy job they did at Nava Barbershop down on 6^th street! Clean cut, left happy… coming back!

I give them 1 star because it’s a nice clean place, other than that worst experience ever. Took my 2 year old there for a haircut waited almost 2 hours just so they can tell me that the guys that were available don’t have patience for little kids, yet they had just finished with a 4 year old. Seriously will never recommend this place to anyone EVER!

I’ve been in Corona for about 12 years now, looking for a good barber that knows what he is doing, has a good attitude, and is consistent. John Rocha is awesome at what he does, is consistent and always has the right attitude.
That said, NEVER go to this barber shop or with John unless you have an appointment or are going at Tuesday midday. Before I knew John, I’ve waited for up to 3 hours for a cut because they are so busy. The other barbers do quality work as well, but they are cutting hair… not serving dinner. So don’t expect the customer service to be «all that».
The only thing that I’m not crazy about is the language on the radio or the movies they put on. It’s generally PG13 +, so if you have little kids, be cognizant of that going in.
All that said, make an appointment, respect the barbers time and be ON time, and your experience will be great.

Used to come until I moved to another city, decided to visit, wrong decision besides that the haircut took more than an hour since the barber was looking at maury, my hair was not even and didn’t even give me a line up, I didn’t bother to ask since he looked on a hurry and i was upset, as I was walking to my car I saw some of riveras barbers smoking in front of the park, never coming back again

Horrible customer sevice. Everything you read on here is true! I just walked in to get some pomade and I felt like I had entered a members only bar! Never again! Idk how they stay in business like that!

Read some bad reviews about bad customer service but chose to ignore them and give it a try for myself. I decided to drive 30 miles just to get here from orange county boy was it the biggest mistake and waste of gas ever. I was not greeted when I arrived did not know if I needed to sign in since there was only 2 ahead of me. Finally I had to ask and I was told where to sign in 45 minutes later I was still not helped people working here looked miserable like they hated their job and life. It’s sad that a place owned by the Riveras could have this bad customer service the cuts on Instagram look awesome which is why I decided to come but if your customer service sucks it doesn’t matter whether your a badass barber never coming here again.

Had my 12 year old nephew in town and he needed a new haircut. I knew this was the place to go in Corona. I called ahead to find out the wait time, to my surprise there was no wait. I had 4 barbers to choose from. We walked in and were greeted immediately. Signed in and he was in a barber chair with in a minute. The shop has sodas, water, and energy drinks to purchase while you’re waiting. As well as snacks. Very clean and organized. I loved the décor on the walls. One side had the greatest American singers and actors and the other had the greatest Mexican singers and actors of all time. Big plus, he sanitized all his machines and combs before he started his work. He got an awesome haircut, exactly what he wAnted (the famous Neymar Jr. Fohawk). I would totally recommend this place for the complicated haircuts. Manny did an awesome job. Really cheap prices.

This place customer service is horrible as a fellow business owner this owner needs to furious! He is losing so much business because of how horrible this customer service is. There barbers discourage customer as soon as they walk in. Here’s a direct quote from one of the barbers I won’t say his name. «You sure you want to wait because I got 3 people in front of you» I say no I’ll wait. He gives me a dirty look and makes me wait 2 hours. There isn’t anyone else be sides me and an old man. This isn’t the first time this happens. The previous time the same barber knows I’m waiting for him and when it comes to my turn he disappears for 45 mins on his cell phone. Be warn people this place is a horribly run business.
Been here waiting for over and hour and this same barber just took his friend and kids ahead of me. Horrible horrible

Changed from 5 – 3 stars. Cuts are great but service ain’t the best. 2 hours waiting for a damn haircut and people get here after and just because they know the barbers they get to cut everyone. they should follow the list. I’m now debating if a cut is even worth 2hr for the next time I need it

My barber was on vacation and I needed a cut. I didn’t feel like driving to my back up barber in Norco so I stopped by this place on my way home. I was presently surprised how clean and nice the shop was. The guy who cut my hair did a good job, my hair looked as good as when I go to my barber.
Price was low $ 13… Not bad at all. I would use this place as my back up barber shop.

As most people before stated great, clean atmosphere. Thats about all the good I had to say about this place. No customer service skills whatsoever here. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I got my haircut here a good while back. I needed a haircut desperately and unfortunately girl who used to cut my hair at my usual spot «kings barber shop» in norco is long gone and theyre only other decent barber is always a day and a half wait.
Anyways…so I had a big interview the next day and wanted to look fresh. I was desperate and they were the only barber still open. I am very picky w my cuts and immediately made them aware of this. There were several available barbers amd I asked for the best guy for a taper and directed me to some young kid.
So he takes time I feel like he’s doing great, and I get home and my hair is like 3 different lengths! To top it off my taper was more of a high fade. And patches everywhere! Fortunately… I got the job… No thanks to them! I wound up recutting my own hair to make it decent. This place had zero redeeming qualities to it. I’ll stick to my day and a half wait at kings or if I really need a good quick cut I’ll head over to all American barbers!

This place definitely has the WOW factor when u walk in. Tv’s everywhere, chrome on the ceiling, nice collage of Latin artist all over the walls, radio playing, and large windows with the view of Coronas old city hall. But all that shine doesn’t hide the lack of hospitality and basic customer service. I mean they are not mean just don’t treat you like a welcomed customer. They don’t greet you and don’t even try to give eye contact. Then you get called up and there’s not much conversation there. Good thing they had movies playin on the tv’s. All the barbers are young. My guy did a decent job. But the kid who cut my kids hair nicked my boy with his razor or something and drew some blood. And my boy is 9 and has never been cut.
Now the reason why I went there was it was a Sunday and my usual spot (joes barber shop, across the street) was closed. Don’t think I’ll be back unless I get stuck with a must do haircut on a Sunday again. I’ll stick with the less blinged out but more experienced and always welcomed joes barber.
