I have made one payment towards my beautiful 2010 hyundai santa fe, that the manager claimed to be in great condition. All i wanted was a safe reliable car for my daughter and me. Now one car payment later and i have been left stranded three times. First the battery and connectors need to be replaced’, then the map sensor goes out. Now I’m writing this review from the parking lot at work because my car wont start. Hoping that having my car towed and fixed wont cause an even bigger hole in my pocket a month before Christmas. The car buying experience was not bad. The sales men were very nice but the car owning has been a never ending nightmare.

Before visiting this dealership I did my homework. There were mixed reviews but I decided to check it out for myself. I submitted a brief application online and followed it up with a phone call. Dan answered my call and invited me down to view the blue mini cooper they had online.
I arrived and was greeted with a warm welcome and instructed to fill out some paperwork while we discussed more about what I was looking for. Both Dan and his partner Don were not pushy at all. They listened to my situation and worked to get the best deal possible on my behalf.
To make a long story short, if you’re looking for a quality used vehicle then please take a minute to consider this organization. They stand by their vehicles and are not the typical pushy used car salesmen. They understand everyone has credit issues and will do an outstanding job to get you in a car that fits both your needs and budget.

In reading some of these reviews I’m in shock at the lack of one’s ownership of their own responsibly. If I’m not mistaken WE are the ones that messed up our OWN credit with some bad choices. Even if you have perfect credit and get a new car, things are bound to happen. With that being said I happen to call late one night and Mikey answered the phone. Knowing the man had a long day and wanted to get home he STILL took the time to take my information down and let me know they would get back to me in the morning when the banks open. The next morning I get a call from Jay asking me for more information and informed me they will work hard for me… oh did they… Upon doing that I got a call a few hours later telling me they would be able to help me. Mind you, I have very bad credit and a repo on my record and did NOT want a Co signer so I can rebuild my credit and get my life back. So for them to let me know I was approved. .was a blessing. I get to the dealership and meet Mikey. Mr. Smiles sits me down and before you know it I’m test driving. My first option was not the one I wanted. Knowing the bind I was in I had to do something within my means. Let me tell you. I was not happy with my opinion but Mikey did what he could to keep me there without blowing smoke. I asked about the M3 that was there and he went in and came back with good news! Ha… I was on the way to get the car I wanted. Of course wanting a bit more down I had to stand my ground but they are in the business of making money… and we’re very nice about it. I know the cars are used and may have some issues that might need to be addressed. They were very nice and understanding. Jason then came to me with a smile and a handshake letting me know that I get the car of my choice aaaand my payment is lower than what I wanted. They all worked hard as a team! This blessing gives me the opportunity to get my life back and I have Mikey, Jay and Jason from Car Credit Auto Group to thank! So if you are looking to get on the road and need some help… these are your guys! Thanks again and I WILL be back and sending people to you all!

I spoke to Michael Garde over the course of 6 hours on Facebook today regarding a 2^nd car loan. I said never mind after he was rude and thought I was lying about my qualifying details and then some.
Since they market high end cars, I wanted a Cadillac STS but he wanted my credit and pay stubs first. I asked for proof they had the car I wanted or something similar… he tried to get to me to apply for an ’02 Honda!?!
I pushed back as the informed consumer and he became rude, aggressive, and hostile. He ended up blocking me on FB but we weren’t even friends, he just didn’t want me to blow his cover!
I would never give anyone or any place a referral or my business with how he was. It was predatory to say the least.
I found him through a Facebook posting I’m a community group yet he was discriminatory in service because I wasn’t sitting in front of him.

Came in a couple weeks ago and left with a chevy cobalt its been great i have no complaints about this dealership.

Never, ever go to this scam dealership. We were sold a car as a naïve young couple that was complete trash and no longer ran after a month of ownership. The entire car needed rewiring throughout, had tires twice the age of the car that nearly killed us twice and many other ridiculous issues. It did not even start most days. Might has well bought a scrap car for $ 500. They buy auctioned cars for cheap and have their what they call ‘mechanics’ fix them up in a jippy and get them ready to sell for a ridiculous price. Please save yourself the time and the credit. If we had the money and time this place would have been sued long ago. Instead it sits on my husbands credit for their trickery. Take the risk with craiglist rather than this place, at least you won’t lose out on 10k for a trash bin

This used car dealer is specifically for individuals with low/​bad or no credit. While my credit isn’t the worst, it could definitely use some improvement. In July 2014 I visited their website, found a truck that caught my interest (considering its specs and the supposed low down payment). I sent an online application and received a call by one of their sales guys (Dan) within an hour. He said things looked good and he could get me into the truck I wanted same day.
It’s a small lot and office, but has a decent selection of vehicles. All the employees were friendly and accommodating as well. Upon inspection of a few of their vehicles (including the truck I initially had interest in), I noticed they all had somewhat high miles, were left poorly maintained, and they almost all had obvious interior faults (stains rips and/​or tears in the upholstery, missing radios, missing door handles, etc). At this point, I was honestly getting ready to leave and find a different dealer, but then I came across another truck that grabbed my interest. While it too had some faults of its own, it was something I knew I could still work with. After the test drive, I went to the office with Dan, filled out a grip of paperwork, and passed it on to the «uppers». After a slight hustle and struggle, we managed to make a deal. We finished up the paperwork and I was good to go. Dan called me a week later saying they got me a better deal for my financing. The truth was the bank declined the initial deal. Due to this, I learned even after you sign the contract, it’s not final. When you leave with the vehicle, the bank still has to review and approve your application for the auto loan, which takes a few days. There is a chance you may be denied financing the first time around, and will have to go through the process again and try a different bank. This part is not the fault of the dealer though, it’s all within the bank. Also, due to this being a bad/​low credit dealer, the banks they work with charge heavy finance rates. Regardless, they managed to work a deal with another bank for my loan and got it all squared away.
My overall review: This small used car dealership is no worse/​no better than any other small dealer. Car-​Credit is an decent place to help get your feet planted and rebuild your credit. Just be ready to leave a heavier than advertised down payment, and expect a high interest rate. They advertise much lower down payments online, so be sure to visit the location to get an accurate amount. Also, I found many reviews of this place claiming the cars are crap, break down shortly after purchase, etc. This dealer does not offer warranties on their vehicles. With that said, my truck hasn’t given me any problems so far, but I feel it’s most likely because I gave it a heavily detailed/​needed tune up. It’s definitely a smart idea to give the vehicle a good tune up immediately after purchase. One of the employees told me each car is given an inspection/​tune up before its put on the sales floor. That was all but true, at least with my truck. Upon getting home with it, I checked things out (should have done so at the dealer) and ended up needing to give it an oil change, new filters, new front brakes, new spark plugs/​wires, and a transmission flush. Since then, the truck has been a champ!

This place doesnt even deserve a star! The sales team was very unprofessional!! First off, they didnt even bother to greet when I walked in the door, Nick the salesman I met with today was extremely rude, didnt introduce himself and didnt really say much. He was too busy on his phone. I test drove an Audi A4, (manual) today, before I got in the car he told me not to go far because the car was really low on gas and he had the nerve to say that girls dont know how to drive stick!

After my previous car totally went kaput on me, I was recommend to CarCredit by a friend of mine who recently was financed through them and like me has less than perfect credit. I called the office and immediately was helped by a gentleman named Way. He talked me through the process and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. Even with my less than perfect credit I was able to get the Volvo I have always wanted. Carcredit saved me from being a carless woman.
