History

Established in 1988.

The Principal of the business started in the Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning in 1988 in the Los Angeles Area.

He expanded the business into Orange county and Inland Empire until 2007 where the company main business was into Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold and vandalism and earthquake restoration.

With over 50 employees and as many subs. and over 400 restoration projects per year, the owner decided to scale down the business to attend to his family and took a sabbatical from the business.

In 2012 he decided to move his family to Corona and reestablish A&A business in the area on a smaller scale to benefit the area residence from his vast knowledge in the cleaning and restoration.

Eddie Started in the Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Business in 1988

He was certified by 1995 with IICRC in the following areas:

Carpet cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric cleaning, Water damage, Fire Damage, Odor Control, Carpet repairs, Color repairs and earning the designation of Master Cleaning tech and Master Water and fire restoration tech.

Also Certified as Mold and mildew re mediator

He holds a California State General Building Contractor License as well as C15 Floor covering License
