Canterbury Square Apartments offer a good amount of floor space with a low rent price considering(1) heat & hot water are included and(2) it’s in a quiet section of Cornwall. As noted in previous reviews, some of the units are a little outdated(mine was) however I could see that some units were or in the process of being updated/renovated. You are within the perfect distance to Route 32 and 9W, close to gas stations, grocery stores, etc. The common grounds are well-maintained during summer & winter, parking can be tricky without designated lines but I never actually had an issue finding spots since everyone is mindful on how they park. They have coin-operated laundry in the basement and additional storage. They are pretty much the only housing complex in the area that is able to provide heat and hot water with a generator during outages, which was amazing. All this being said, I would recommend it to anyone who was looking to stay in Cornwall and on a budget, while my stay there last year was short, I never had an issue and both the on-site supervisor and owner were always helpful & responsive.
