We are the largest Locally owned commercial printing and sign company in the area and work with the largest and smallest businesses. We produce 98% of everything we sell in our 12,000 sq. ft. facility in Corning, NY. We have full color offset and full color digital printing as well as spot color and monochrome printing. We also print large format material (both flexible and rigid substrates in rigid sizes of up to 5’x10’ and flexible to 5’x50’. We have both solvent and UV printers and various finishing devices such as router/​cutters, collators, folders, stitchers, tabbing equipment and high speed inkjet addressing.

History

Established in 1996.

We started as in in-​plant print facility for Ingersoll-​Rand and Dresser-​Rand in Painted Post, NY. The founder, Rick Bartholomew, took the business private in 1996 and moved to South Corning. Dan Flatt Joined him as a partner in 2000. In 2003, Multi Media Services purchased Sunset Printers in Elmira. From 2004 – 2009, Multi Media Ran another in-​plant print shop for Ingersoll-​Rand in Athens PA until that facility was closed in 2009. Rick Retired in 2013 and Dan became the sole shareholder and currently runs the company with his wife, Rose. Both Dan and Rose have roots in Chemung County. They currently reside in Steuben County.

Dan grew up in the printing business as his father was a successful salesman and then district rep for ABDick Company. in 1980, Dalton Flatt purchased Duplicating Products Company in Elmira Heights, NY. They successfully grew the business to include Canon, Sharp and Ricoh copiers and subsequently sold the business to IKON Office Solutions. Dan sold high end color devices and presses from 1990 to 1999. Dan graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a BA in Economics and followed that with an MBA in Marketing from Syracuse University in 2000. Dan Joined Multi Media Services in 2000 as a minority partner and bought shares over the next 13 years until he became the sole shareholder in July of 2013.
