History

Established in 1960.

The company started more than 50 years ago as part of Corning Natural Gas Company to promote sales of appliances using gas. It was a synergistic business and the customers liked it. Later due the pressure from the Public Utility Commission, the Appliance business was sold to a small group of investors. It has been operating under Corning Appliance Corporation since September 2003. The company believes in close relationship with customers and Quality and Customer Satisfaction is what the company strives for and continuous improvement.

I am an Electronic Engineer, and worked in the Aerospace and electronic in various capacity for 40 years. I have been involved in engineering and high technology and consulting, designing, developing, programming products for Aerospace, Telecommunication and consumer markets. Also been involved in Real Estate and running small businesses. Owning Appliance company is a departure for me. But we believe in getting the best product for our customers. We know everybody is worried about money and finances. We work hard to assess the customers needs and offer a solution that is tailored to their needs. We will stand by our work and will work with you to satisfy you and handle any issues, during and after installation. We have ²⁴⁄₇ service and we service what we sell as well all the major appliances for HVAC and Hearth products.
