Fresh & Clean Dry Cleaners

they’ve done a good job pressing and dry cleaning my clothes. i’ve also had them repair a jacket’s zipper which they did very well. i only wish the customer service was friendlier.

I usually start my reviews off with a random pop culture quote or some form of inappropriate use of the English language. I can’t think of one at the moment. Oh well, on to the review.
If you go back a few reviews you can read all about my frustration with not being able to find a reputable dry cleaners; but that’s all behind me now! The dry clean gods have smiled upon me; granting me my fondest wishes. A dry cleaners that cleans and presses and did I mention the customer service is awesome!
I’ve been a customer for about 3 months and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jason, on my last visit. He was extremely personable and service oriented. He takes great pride in his business as well as the customers he serves.
My significant other hasn’t had one complaint about the cleanliness of his work shirts. Come to find out — they actually hand scrub the collars! And because my s.o. likes his shirts stiff the heavy starch they use is right up his alley!
Almost forgot one extremely important point — they are ECO FRIENDLY! You aren’t knocked out like Tyson at the end of his career by the smell of harsh chemicals when you walk through the doors. And the icing on the cake is that the ladies at the counter know my name when I walk in. Hello Ms. Woods, good to see you!
This business has restored my faith in all things dry cleaning! This cleaners is ’bout that cleaning and service life! (Oh look, I came up with one!)

I was very loyal to another cleaners down the road until I received my clothing back pressed but unclean! The items still smelled of perfume & had stains!!! Anyway– I took a chance & decided to come here & it was the best idea I ever had!!! Professional service, polite workers, sparkling clean clothes! It doesn’t get any better than that!!! I thought it was a bit pricey but the less expensive place did HALF the job! You get what you pay for! This place is GREAT!

Please give this place a chance! Honestly, I have NEVER experienced customer service like I did here. There was a bit of a mix up with an item I dropped off but the owner went so far over & above to resolve that it blew my mind. This was my first dealing with fresh & clean but jason (owner) was so amazing that I am going to make it a point to get clothing dry cleaned, that I would not normally dry clean… just to show support. Not joking. I wish all businesses handled customers like I was treated. I just can’t say enough about this place, so try it out for yourself… I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This place is new, and I gave it a try when the dry cleaners I usually go to shut down.
Never again. My order was about as simple as could be: two dress shirts. I suspected trouble when the clerk simply took them and told me when they’d be ready, without asking how I wanted them cleaned; I had to tell her «No starch», and she stared at me like I was speaking Mandarin. Finally, she said she would tell «them» not to use starch.
Whoever «them» was, my shirts came back stiff as a board, nearly brittle with starch.
I guess customer service isn’t one of their specialties. I won’t be back if they can’t handle a simple order like this, that ought to be their bread and butter.
Also: I know, it’s just a dry cleaners, and the person working the counter is probably working in the back, too. But is it too much to ask to wear something just a little better than a stained t-​shirt and worn-​out blue jeans when dealing with customers?
