Nicole does a great job with haircuts, nail trims and just making our dog relaxed during his visits. He is always anxious when he arrives but is happy when we pick him up which tells me he had a great time and given loving care by Nicole. I highly recommend this business for your pets

I’ve been taking my maltipoo to Sophisticuts for a few years and have been really pleased! Nicole is wonderful! So friendly so you just know your dog is in good hands. She always calls me right when she’s finished so I can go pick my dog up which I really appreciate! I try to schedule appointments ahead of time but she’s helped me get my dog in last minute a few times, which has been a lifesaver! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

I thought I’d try this place out just for a bath on my two little ones. Normally we travel a mile and a day to our groomer. Wanted someplace closer to home. Well, after the bath, my little girl, who may be squirmy but doesn’t bit, had crunchy still around her mouth. If the bath was no better than that I fear what a full grooming would be. Perhaps I have been spoiled, but this is what I found here. I do not like writing bad reviews on any business, so my suggestion would be to try it yourself. Wouldn’t hurt a thing to do that. I don’t think the dogs were afraid or traumatized, but simply not clean. :-(

I’ve been taking my two Maltese to Nicole for a few years (she was our groomer at Puppy Love before she opened her own shop). She is great with our dogs, gives them personalized care and does good work. Her business is growing because of it and now she gets booked up well in advance, proof that she is does quality work.

This was the worst experience I have had at a grooming salon. They did not tell me that they closed early and then called me to tell me to come pick my dog up within an hour. My 2 year old daughter was napping and it was a 30 minute drive. After not informing me that they were closing early and giving me short notice, they wanted to charge me a fee for being late of quite a bit. I said I wasn’t going to pay because they had not informed me. They said that I would not be welcome back. Never ever again will I return here.

I took my little toy poodle mix to Sophisticuts and had an awesome experience. The groomer was very kind and knowledgable. My little pup looks great! I will be a returning customer!

Tried this place with a groupon and am very happy with the result. I found the person I dealt with friendly, my dog looks great, seemed happy and well cared for and the price was unbeatable. (The only thing I would like better is if my dog didn’t have to be put in a carrier afterward, she hates that.)

I bought the recent Groupon that Sophisticuts ran as my little four-​legged man needed a major haircut. Boy, am I glad I did! I loved Nicole! She’s the most personable groomer I’ve ever met! And I’ve been to my fair share of groomers. They had great customer service on the phone when making the appointment and were very thorough discussing how I wanted my little mans hair cut. When I went back to pick him up, he looked AMAZING! I’m so excited that I FINALLY found a groomer that’s close to my home and that truly loves and cares about what they do. :) I’ll definitely be back and I can’t wait to refer my friends and family!
