History

Established in 1985.

Dr Patrick Coleman formed Carolina Oral & Facial Surgery back in 1985. Initially, there was a Univeristy location and a Lake Norman location (originally on Catawba Ave). In August of 2006, the current location in Jetton Village was complete and the other 2 locations merged into this location.

In July, 2009, Dr Michael Coleman (nephew) joined the practice.
