I took my car in for a noise going on at the front passenger side of my car.
They told me it was just my rim being bent and I should rotate my tires and suggested getting a new rim.
I took it to another shop and they did verify that the rim was bent but it had nothing to do with the noise I was hearing.
I have a bearing going bad, Apparently these guys at Goodyear were to lazy to take it for a drive? Or even take the wheel off to take a look?
Very disappointed.

I had a broken tire valve pin and could just manage to drive to the place somehow. Reaching there, they found the wheel lock key missing from the car and Audi dealership was «non-​responsive» due to Sunday. It was taken care of and I was kept informed of details and options which usually doesn’t happen after the car goes into the workshop. Great thanks to Andrew at front desk and Darren in the workshop for saving my day!

So while traveling to Florida from Ohio my car started overheating, with out knowing the area I stopped at a gas station around 630 pm to get help and was directed to Goodyear from someone getting gas. As we finally got there I was welcomed with a smile and a sense of comfort from the gentleman, Tim, who was at the counter. I told him that I was overheating and my engine light was on (really disappointed that I just recently spent 2000 at the dealer .He assured me that he would (and I quote) fix the problem and get me back on the road as fast as possible
And to let him worry about the car not me. Not knowing they closed at 7pm. Tim the service manager and a mechanic stayed way past that and had me back on the road on my way to see my new grand baby, thanks to the men at Goodyear

Nail in tire on long drive back home. Needed tire replaced. Staff Did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful. Also quickly got job done on a Sunday. Would highly recommend to anyone in area!

Went today for an oil change after finding online coupon suggested by a Unilocal Elite member. $ 18 coupon was honored and was in a bit of a rush to make it to bank and other errands prior to rush hour. Got in at 3:15 & out at 4! Andrew was prompt and helpful in expediting my wait time. They had a Few bays open and Jonathan took care of business. Big thanks fellas, I will be back, and hopefully service doesn’t go downhill! Keep up the great work folks…

I came here for an oil change for $ 18. Great service! My oil change was completed within an hour during a busy time and they gave me a call right away. They also have a lounge with free wifi, always a bonus. I would suggest making an appointment by calling or going online. Also look for coupons on the site. Everyone was very professional and friendly. This is the first time I’ve gotten an oil change and they didn’t try upgrade me to a better oil or tell me they’ll change my air filter for only a whopping $ 50!!!
