I hired them twice. First time, I got them for a frontyard work and then for a bigger backyard project. Both the times the person was consistently poor in answering calls/​SMS/​emails. Never showed up to work as promised. Took several days to complete even small amounts of work
My second contract started a month back, but not complete yet. In fact, I think about 20% of work is all that is done in a month and I am tired of reminding him about this. I leave a voice message almost everyday and it probably goes to a black hole! Nothing comes out of it in return. He doesnt call back or apologize or say what his plan is.
But I give them a 2 – 3 for the quality of work and the cost. If you are not particular about when it gets finished and if you dont care to be informed during the work, you may settle for Artistic touch.

Unfortunately, a total flake. He made two separate appointments to look at my project. The first he was a no-​show for, with no contact whatsoever until I finally tracked him down. The second time, he decided at the very last minute that he was already too busy to take on another project. I wasted two separate mornings waiting around for him to act responsibly.

Artistic Touch installed new sod in our yard and along the tree strip, and also planted along our retaining wall. I was impressed with their responsiveness, ease of scheduling, and the quality of the work was impressive. I would call them again for my next project.
