I used to like this cleaner. Until they ruined a $ 80 button down of mine. They offered to turn it into a short sleeve shirt and give me a $ 20 dollar store credit. WTF who wears short sleeve button downs. This is terrible i told them that this was unacceptable so they offered me $ 30 store credit and nothing more. All told the loss to them is about $ 5 and i am out a $ 80 shirt. What happens when i bring my other shirts back and they get ruined? I guess i can keep racking up store credit until i am out clothes. I will never use them again. Update they honored about $ 20 worth of free cleaning when they promised $ 30.
