Solar-​Tech™ was founded by Jerry Austin in 1976 and was the first window film company in the Mid-​South and remains one of the oldest in the United States. Solar-​Tech™ finds solutions for residential and commercial property managers and owners to reduce the solar energy cost while increasing their comfort level. Solar Tech™ continues as a family owned and operated preferred 3M Window Film Dealer, now run by his daughter Pam Weakley, a Certified Minority Women Owned Business. Pam took the knowledge she learned from her father and expand the business to include cost effective solutions that we could pass on to our customers while becoming a global operation.
