I will agree that they are so nice. That’s because they over charge you and give you the wrong estimate. Me and my husband went to this dentist for cleanings. They told me mine was free and they ended up charging me $ 23. It’s not a lot but it’s the principle. Then they told me I need a crown and it will be around $ 400 after insurance. My husband went in for his cleaning and it ended up costing him over $ 800. They gave him an estimate for $ 250. Whatever you do call your insurance first but you still will be over charged by the dentist who thinks he can Bill you for whatever he wants. They will blame someone else for your Bill it’s never their fault. They first billed the wrong insurance company, they blamed us after I went in their and gave them my insurance card and ask how much cleanings would be. Buyer beware.

The best dentist I have ever been to, hands down. I went to Dr. Thomas after experiencing some pain and visiting another dentist in the area who, somehow, managed to make the pain worse.(You can read my review of that person on this site as well) Dr. Thomas and his staff managed to work me in between appointments on a Thursday afternoon and did a root canal for me without having to schedule a return visit. I’m not a big fan of dentists, I rank them(not as individuals mind you, simply in overall image and fear provoking terms) right up there with politicians and spree-killers. However, Dr. Thomas made every single effort imaginable to assure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and experienced as little pain as possible. More importantly, the following day he actually took the time to call me on his way home from the office to check on my comfort and to let me know that I was welcome to call him over the weekend if I had any questions or concerns. That, my friends, is going the extra mile and assuring a high level of client satisfaction that we find so lacking in today’s disconnected society. Dr. John is Aces in my book and I recommend him without any hesitation. Be well!
