History

Established in 1982.

Graphic Systems Inc. started out over 30 years ago in Memphis, TN as a traditional business forms distributor, but with a twist. We developed a better way to process business forms — a method that would speed up production and give the customer more control. It «worked!» Since then, GSI has evolved into an industry leader in knowledge-​based, value added communication services.

During GSI’s first years in business, we learned that a willingness to change was critical to future success. We learned to differentiate ourselves from other companies by focusing on creativity and technological innovation. We also stayed current with industry trends to ensure our customers the latest, most cost-​effective solutions to their problems. Perhaps most importantly, we invested heavily in the training and professional development of our staff, so that our customers only worked with experts. This emphasis has resulted in dramatic growth, because our first-​time customers keep coming back.
