Malcolm did a great job checking and cleaning my AC units. Conway has been outstanding in their installation and service.

Rodney Anderson was highly professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. In addition to providing our seasonal tune-​up, he also addressed a different problem and spent several hours ensuring that it was adequately repaired. He was also kind in his demeanor, and he was very considerate of our family while coming in/​out of our home. We could not more highly recommend a service technician!

Brennan B. was very courteous and knowledgable when he did my spring tune up for my A/​C unit. My Air purifier unit light was out and he explained to me that the unit would not work without the light and reminded me of the benefit of having the purifier. Brennan was very patient as I went through my frustration of having to replace the light. Thanks Brennan.

The crew that installed our new HVAC system was Howard, Chris, and TJ. They did an outstanding job on the install. They were efficient, personable, and respectful of our home. They worked through lunch to complete the job and get our system up and running. They also made sure everything was operating properly before cleaning everything up and leaving. My wife and I own Christian Brothers Automotive — Collierville, and we understand the importance of top notch customer service. Conway Services has the same mentality, and that filters down to their employees. Great job!!!

Mario O the tech, was professional and courteous. I scheduled a tune up for my A/​C unit. Mario was on time, called to confirm and was knowlegible about the process. He explained what he was doing and why. That’s important when money is involved. He was full of excitement and passion for what he does.
I would refer anyone to Conway and Mario is golden.

Our hot water heater stopped working. We decided to replace our non-​working water heater with a tankless water heater. Joe W. & Ben J. arrived promptly, put down floor protection, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and finished the job in two and a half days. The entire Conway team was very professional and courteous. We will use their business in the future.

Mark K did a fabulous job. Courteous, responsible, punctual and stayed focused on my needs as a customer. Made me aware of potential issues but did not oversell products or service. Great job!

My entire heat/​ac system went out just before Thanksgiving. fo Conway Services was willing to send a tech and a sales person. Tech didn’t bother to find the problem but suggested a new system. Sales person came later and gave a quote. A day or so later I called back asking for another quote to change my system over to gas instead of the heat pump I had. They promised to call me back. Couple of days went by… no call. So I called again. Promised again to call me back. Never did. i guess they are just too busy for a new customer or a customer who’s not going to just fork over thousands of dollars without checking out the options. Never gonna call them again I can promise that!

Steve S. was our HVAC technician, and he was simply the best. We just had a baby, and he was very considerate and was as quite as possible. He was simply the best and couldn’t have asked for a better technician.

We had an issue with another contractor that our home warranty company sent us to. So we called Conway Services to get an estimate and see if the other company was jacking us around. Turns out, they had someone in the area and had someone at my house within 30 minutes. They gave a clear, quick estimate and we decided to let them do the work instead of the other contractor. Steve B. completed the work in an appropriate amount of time, was very personable, and even took care of a small (yet annoying) plumbing problem at my kitchen sink for no extra charge. I would highly recommend them for any service they provide. They care about your problem like it’s their own.

My bathroom sink and tub were draining disconcertingly slow for the last week. They got super jammed yesterday and I knew my 69-​year-​old home probably needed a little plumbing tune up.
I called Conway around 3 p.m. and they had someone available to come to my home by 9 the next morning. I pushed it back in time and they accommodated. Thanks!
«Service Professional» David Price was super nice — I didn’t mean to rhyme, I promise.
I got a call a half-​hour before his arrival so I could be ready and put up my dogs. David arrived, assessed the situation and I told him about that big old earring I dropped in my sink the other day. That couldn’t have had anything to do with the tub, so maybe that wasn’t the problem. Who knows?
You’re going to think I’m NUTS, but I had to get to work and I left him in my home. You know how you can just feel that you’re dealing with someone who has integrity? Well that’s how I felt. He knew his stuff, he mentioned how long he had worked for the company and I knew all of my belongings would be in my home, when I got off work.
Needless to say, the sink and tub are clear of blockages, all of my belongings are here and I didn’t spend an arm and a leg.
Conway, all the way. I meant to rhyme. Yes. I did.

I truly believe in good customer and that is exactly what our family received this evening. Having an unexpected life hick up was no fun, but we called Conway and they dispatch Jessie to come out. He made our evening 100% better. A genuine soul who was professional and knowledgeable about our issue. Thanks Conway. Brenton was great. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and tune up, and explained his findings in detail. Great service.

Mike was extremely professional and courteous. He did not rush through the appointment, but took his time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. He was here for our bi-​annual Comfort Club «tune-​up» and found several concerns on our decades-​old systems. My husband and I are waiting on a follow-​up appointment with their team to decide how to proceed — but Mike’s professionalism was so wonderful that I didn’t want to wait to give my review. I wish all customer service was this great! We will be Conway Services customers for as long as Mike and others like him are employed there.

Always professional! We’re in their Comfort Keepers Club and Fred came out to do our annual plumbing inspection. He was the perfect gentleman… but this is what impressed me the most: they brought my young daughter a pair of the booties they wear before they enter your house! He said he heard she liked them. They must have put it in our file that my little girl loves those booties, and they brought her a pair. She was over the moon.
They never try to charge you for things you don’t need and they keep in constant contact with you to let you know when your technician is going to arrive. A++

Christopher Allen came out to my house as scheduled and on time. He was extremely personable, thorough, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Allen went over in detail everything that he learned about the AC unit and what I needed to do to get it fixed and up and running more efficiently. Competitive prices, everything explained up front with no pressure. I ended up signing up for their «Comfort Club» while he was there due to the price breaks and annual maintenance visits. Highly recommend Conway.

I have been a customer of theirs for approximately 5 years. For my last scheduled maintenance call, I asked for the first available appointment after 10:00 a.m. They called at 11:23 a.m. to say that their technician was still on his previous call and as soon as he was finished he would head my way. They also said they would call me and let me know when he was on his way. I did not hear from anyone until 6:15 p.m. when they called to say that they could keep me on the call list for later that evening or reschedule my appointment.
I stated I did not want to do either one; that it was hard for me to understand that my original technician was still on the same service call from earlier that morning and no one from Conway had called me for 7 hours to keep me informed.
