Our continuing education means our clients receive the most current styles with the best methods available, Not only do they Specialize in the Keune Color line but offer several full lines of hair care products as well to take care of that new color and style. Products included are Keune, Colorproof, Kevin Murphy, Enjoy, Morrocain Oil, Aquage, Usmooth, Keratin Complex and 1821 Man Made.

History

Established in 2008.

The dream of a stylist of owning her own salon came to light when Salon 1550 was founded by Angie and Mike in 2008. After almost three years, the name Salon 1550 was not who Angie wanted to be known as. Angie decided she wanted a name that described how she felt about the industry and describe the stylist she wanted working at her salon. After searching and searching for the right name, the word Ardent finally presented itself to her husband. He told her with the word Ardent meaning Passionate, it truly describes how she feels about her craft. Ardent Salon was officially born in October of 2011.

Meet the Business Owner

Angie T.

Business Owner

Angie is a Master Stylist and has been doing hair for over 20yrs. She is very passionate about her craft and considers it her drug of choice. She started taking cosmetology at Bartlett High School in 1994. After she graduated high school, she continued her education at Plaza Beauty School. After graduating Plaza in the fall of 1997, She immediately went to Nashville to pass her state board exam to became a licensed cosmetologist. She is also very adamant about continuing education and goes to at least 4 classes a year. She attended the Keune Academy, Alflparf Academy, HSM Academy, just to name a few places she has been for certifications, As of 2/​2015, She is the only stylist in Tennessee to be a certified HSM stylist.
