Established in 1987.
I have been int he inspection industry for 26 years. I worked for a national company training home inspectors for five years. I prefer for my clients to be present for the inspection and to follow me around. It is better for the clients to see and completely understand the defects I am calling out during the inspection. I also show them where the filters for their HVAC system are, where the water shut off is and how to operate it. I inspect more than 400 different componants of each home I inspect.
