I love this place it’s more than a dream come true — you feel well deserving of the hospitality and the sweetness from the staff as they make your day super special — they’re very accommodating to all who enter there doors and I’d surely recommend it any one looking for a relaxing day/​evening — as they say health is wealth

Just got done with a spa package that included a mani/​pedi, massage, facial, and lunch with a glass of Chablis. What an awesome experience! The WHOLE staff was great, polite, and attentive. Highly recommend Sharneek (hope I spelled that correctly) for the mani/​pedi and Ms Thelma for the massage. Going back again for sure and oh by the way they offer a 10% discount for military and first responders. Don’t forget to tip cause they really take care of you. It’s worth it.

Had a massage here and it was wonderful. Very professional, soothing, relaxing… everything I want in a massage. I will definitely be going back.

Tucked away off of Germantown Parkway. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Carol is an awesome masseuse, great at deep tissue! This establishment is not ideal for parties of four or more, as you can’t do pedi services in the same room. But this is definitely perfect for smaller groups or individual services.

I highly respect the fact that the owner contacted me and showed genuine concern that we were not satisfied with the service we received. That shows to me that they care about the customer and the experience each customer has when visiting their business. Due to the fact that I feel they will work on improving the customer experience, I will definitely reconsider a future visit.

Loved my experience. My full body massage by carol was awesome. Definitely recommend her. Everyone was friendly and it was very very clean and relaxing. Would love to go back.

I visited Serenity on my birthday for an upper body massage. When i walked in, i was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The décor is beautiful and the ambience is perfect.
I enjoyed a nice mimosa before my massage.
I was not pleased with the massage at all. It was so light and soft. I left feeling like i needed to book another massage elsewhere. I really felt like i wasted my money. I won’t be going back.

I love Serenity Day Spa– I go a couple of times a year to get a «beauty tune up» with a facial and massage. Carolina was great, I have super sensitive skin and she used the most gentle products and my skin looked wonderful. The massage was great as well, the therapist reviewed all my likes and dislikes and discussed my problem areas and then made all of those problem areas go away!

I got a gift certificate here and got an appointment with Carolina Aguilar– she was great! I had a facial and wax– I wish I could do this every month for myself. If you get a chance make an appointment with Carolina– she rocks and the spa is really nice.

Pampered myself and my daughter with a full spa day. The facility is well equipped and clean. Service was excellent and prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love serenity. I have been there several times in the last 4 months. I go there for massages and for facials. I get my facials with carolina-​super amazing. She is not only friendly and calming, but she is very personable and easy to talk to and get a long with. Once she works her magic on your face, you can tell a huge difference. I walk out of there feeling clean, refreshed, and glowing.
Also, i get my massages with Christi. I like deep tissue. and she is PHENOMENAL. if i could go there everyday I would. seriously, she is very thorough and very skilled. I have a scar that everyone is afraid to touch, and she asked about it and then said that if it gets massaged it will break up the scar tissue. no one has ever even attempted to work on it– and she does it every time i come in.
All the people there are very friendly, accommodating, and remember who you are and what you like and prefer. They serve refreshments and there are peanuts and mnm’s in the waiting area. Everything is clean. I have not had a bad experience in this spa.

My awesome mom treated me to a massage (90 minute stone massage, yes!) for my birthday last year. I’m very picky when it comes to massages. While I’m all about the normal amount of pressure in some parts, others are more sensitive.
My masseuse was so awesome and when I explained it to her, it was no problem and at no point did I have to remind her. She was so incredibly sweet, especially since I had a migraine. So she also focused extra on my temples and such. She was also the right amount of chatty, she made a little bit of conversation in the beginning of the massage and then got down to business. I’ve had some massages where they talk the whole time, which is hardly relaxing.
In fact, all the staff were incredibly nice. Everyone went out of their way to make it a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable experience. The next time I have money for a massage or any other spa treatment, I would definitely go to Serenity.

Just had the Le Grand Classique (Deep Pore Cleansing & Restoring) facial.

If you want that super facial/​massage experience, then this a good one. Deep cleansing, exfoliating, and calming ingredients. Great for any skin type. Soothing environment and extremely professional.
I frequent Serenity as I am treating my skin (in a pamper way) from years of ‘treatments’ (in a medical way).
I was extremely pleased with today’s facial, and would recommend to anyone. The front desk staff — extremely helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out is a breeze. Everyone should try the Le Grand Classique. I even picked up a gift certificate for my mother for mother’s day!

So, last April I treated myself to one of the packages for my Birthday. It was a first but everything was handled nicely.

I started off soaking in a jet bath «whirl pool tub» was nice and large — essentially a Hot Bath for 30 minutes
Went and received a Massage– what I like to refer to as a mixed massage – and not the dirty kind, dirty bird! I like a mix between theraputic and Swedish :-) Works the problem areas with the right amount of pressure this way.

Facial: well cleaned my face-​zapped a few areas with a wand of some sort, but I broke out that next day– so maybe too many impurities were brought out? I am not a fan of the Zit and did not appreciate having them the next day like I was in High School again. However, once the acne cleared skin did look better.
Body Wrap-​Mud. Was warm on application, however, room was not, and it got cold just sitting in there-​no one checked or was around and this was why I knocked a star off. It was April and cool, a mud wrap in a cold room was not appreciated. and I found mud in odd areas when i got home and showered.
Overall, I would bypass the whirl pool and not get covered in mud again, but the massage and facial were very nice and worth repeating :-)

Just had one of the worst massages ever!!! I wanted to try a new place, and decided to give it a try. The spa looks like a house and looks nice. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Immediately, I was taken back to a small area to wait with other people. It was awkward – small space, three other people waiting… then the massage therapist came to get me. She had zero personality, but I overlooked that-​I cared more about receiving a good massage. It was not to be! I can’t believe I spent $ 80 on this. It was awful-​I kept thinking it would get better, but it never did. The circular fan blowing in my face was annoying. I don’t expect to have a circular fan on the floor in an upscale spa. I paid with another receptionist who was also friendly. When I exited the building, I almost ran into the first receptionist who was outside smoking by the front door. Gross. I would not recommend this spa to anyone, and I will definitely not go back!

This is a nice facility — very spacious and pretty calming overall.
One thing that I like about it is that the prices are pretty reasonable compared to some other spas in the city. A facial and massage package is $ 90 — where a lot of places will charge that for the massage alone.
If you want to rent their party room — you can treat yourself and friends/​family to pampering as well as lunch.
Overall, I’d recommend this place for a little r&r!

This is my favorite Day Spa in town. I like it because it is such a peaceful place to go and they offer lots of services. I’ve had various facials, mani’s, pedis, and massages here. I also rented the party room for my bridesmaid lunch. It’s a huge room upstairs with comfy sofas and chairs and you hang out here in between your salon services. They provide wine and we ordered lunch. Everyone choose their own lunch items. I will agree with Lisa that the lunch could be something a little better, it wasn’t bad you just want something a little more special.
Be sure to get there about 30 minutes before your appointment so you can enjoy a glass of wine or spa water before your appointment. It’s a nice, relaxing setting that helps you unwind before your appointment.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. My only complaint is that if you have a package that includes lunch or the couples escape– your meal come from McAllisters. Not a spa meal in my opinion. However, the massages are fantastic-​ask for Amanda. I’ve had facials, manicures, pedicures, and body soaks and thoroughly enjoyed myself. While located in a business park, the spa is located in a building designed to look like a house. Wonderful staff. Prices are what you would expect from a spa.
