Clark Buford Bait, Inc. has been serving the South East for more than 60 years. We specialize in live bait distribution, but our new tackle division is making us the one-​stop shop for everything you need to catch that big one. We can also help you with all of your pond stocking needs.

History

Established in 1948.

We have been serving the South East for over 60 years. We are a wholesale distribution company with three locations.

Clark Buford had the idea to sell minnows to the fisherman coming in to fish in the new lake that had just been built in the area. The business started as a small twenty-​four hour bait shop in Celina, TN. Eventually, it became a distribution center for other bait shops in the area. We expanded in the 60’s and opened an office in Cordele, GA.

We began to carry species desired for pond stocking soon after the expansion. We have delivered sportfish across the country.

Just recently, we have begun to carry tackle and other fishing supplies.
