About a year ago, I had a flat tire, and I went to Firestone in Moon Township to have it replaced. The tire was relatively new, and so I asked if it was still covered by my Firestone warranty. The mechanic told me no, because the tire had puncture spots – I had clearly run something over, he said, and so my warranty was not applicable.
One week later the new tire goes flat and I’m stranded at the grocery store. It turns out the leak was in the tire sensor. There were no punctures in the old tire.
So the mechanic was either very much mistaken or lied to me in order to deny me my warranty. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
