He went through the hard process on his own to figure out what works and what doesn’t. He offers training to show others the same results without them failing over and over to figure out the right equation.

We specialize in body toning, weight loss, stress reduction, and golf fitness training as well.

History

Established in 2005.

Chuck received his master personal training certification from the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association in 2005 and began spreading his passion and knowledge to others wanting to obtain a leaner, sexier body for themselves.

Business Owner

Chuck Ryan Strogish was born in Pittsburgh, Pa on October 12,1984. After attending college, he has earned his master level personal trainers certification from the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. Fitness has always been a passion of Chucks which got him introduced to modeling from being founded by Tom Watson. Currently Chuck is an agency signed model and in 2009 has modeled in print, magazines, fashion newspaper covers, runway, and cinematography commercials. Chuck has worked for wonderful brands/​clothing lines such as; Under Armour, Nike, Reebok, ASICS, Jean Paul Gautier, Prada, and Frankie Morello. Companies Chuck has been happy to represent is Dicks Sporting Goods, Emphatics, Shop. 412, Original Cin and Charles Spiegel For Men.

Chuck is more than excited to implement his knowledge into his clients personal regimens to create the best body you can in this lifetime!
