Our specialty is in the care of our healthy, happy puppies and pairing them with their new families and working together to ensure a positive transition. We are also a Safe Haven for kittens and one by one we rescue them and place them in their forever homes.

We are a one stop experience servicing our local customers as well as all of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Queens, Brooklyn and NYC. We also service our local Senior Citizens and Disabled community offering free delivery of any pet supplies they may need.

History

Established in 2013.

We wanted to ensure our customers with a one stop experience of all the services we offer, making their visit along with their pets visit a pleasurable one. Opening this business came from a love of animals of all kinds, from pairing pure bred and designer breed puppies with their new families and being a safe haven for kittens until their forever homes are found to having a Pet Grooming Salon and Pet Boarding in a loving caring environment, along with any Pet Supplies that are needed.

I have mixed feelings about this store. I bought a cavalier from them got a really good price for a six mth puppy. We spent about 30 minutes with the dog she was playful, shinny coat, clean teeth and clear eyes. It was love at first sight. We took her to our vet and the dog is healthy. However if I had looked around the store first I probably never would have even looked at the puppies. I wouldn’t even buy a dog collar because they were so very dirty. So I would not recommend this store even though I was lucky and got a wonderful pet.

This place is disgusting! They don’t even have puppies all the dogs are about 6 months old, that’s probably because they can’t sell any of them and the dogs have been there for a long time. The dogs are all coughing and have dirty crust on there noses. I don’t think they even bother to bathe the dogs either all the fur is grimy and not clean. The dogs seem sad and not even happy to be played with. I wish some one would shut them down. I am concerned for the health of the dogs they have there and I think they also are lying about what breeds the dogs are. The employees are also rude and not helpful at all, it’s almost like your bothering them to ask if you can play with a dog. They also don’t give you too much info about the breed and where they came from. Worst pet store ever!

They keep changing their name so they can hide from all the sick dogs they sell people. I got a very sick dog from here back in April. The same night I brought him home and he was vomiting and pooping blood and had horrible kennel cough. I thought he was going to die it was terrifying. I missed so much work and so did my roommate and their SCAM health guarantee doesn’t cover vet visit costs to their crappy and rude vet, only the medication. The sales person Jenna had to have known the dog was sick. She was very unprofessional complaining how much she hated her new manager so she was going to give us a «good deal”(which I knew was BS.) They would not give us a penny back for all the vet visits or all our missed time from work. They have an F rating with the BBB with good reason because they don’t even resolve complaints. I have also read many other negative reviews online and the owner is disgustingly rude in her responses. They take the money and run. My poor dog still has terrible allergies and also may have a collapsed trachea. I love him and am glad I rescued him from this hellish place.
