Long Island Access Limo and Car Service

I would recommend this limo service and pricing is comparably lower than others in long island… the driver is prompt and friendly. I would reserve it again on my next business trip.

Used them several times now to and from Wantagh and LaGuardia. Always on time on the side of a few minutes early, very communicative, and the drivers have all been great. The first time I used them, my flight was about 3 hours late taking off in Chicago, and they ended up picking me up at 1AM without complaint. Writing this review partially so I don’t lose their number for when I need it again!

First time using this car service. 5:30am pick up on a Thursday. They were on time, very polite and got us to MacArthur airport early for our flight. The new style Toyota they came in was very comfortable and clean. When the time comes I need another ride I know who I’m calling.

We used LIaccess limo to travel to Islip Airport from Long Beach. They arrived early for our pick up, the driver was very collegial, the car was clean, the drive was pleasant. The pick up when we returned was also nice, no hassle, on time, clean car (an SUV) very pleasant. The rate seemed very reasonable, it was the same rate for either cash or credit. Highly recommend!

Reliable, dependable, clean cars great prices and on time performance. I wouldn’t consider any other car service for my traveling needs. Peace of mind is Priceless!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Made a reservation to be brought to the airport and when they were late I called to see what was going on. The guy answered and told me he didn’t have a reservation for me and pretty much told me oh well I can’t do anything for you and hung up. Will never use them again if I can’t count on a business to keep track of a reservation. Very unprofessional!!!

Great experience. I was expecting a Towncar to be honest when they said Sedan… But the Toyota Camry that arrived to pick us up was fine for what we needed. $ 90 all inclusive from JFK to Long Island is fair. Our flights were massively delayed and they were kind enough to continue waiting for us outside. I think the best part was that this was a completely good faith reservation– no upfront deposit or payment. Just time and terminal and they were there!

All-​inclusive, meaning the price includes everything, including the tip. No surprises. Called day before to confirm. Early pickup. Friendly service. I actually wrote this review in part so I’ll remember them for my next trip.

I had a great experience with this car service — we used it to get back into the city after a wedding on Long Island and they were on time and very helpful. Plus, it was very convenient to book online.

Everything a limo service should be. Timely, friendly, courteous, attentive to details and professional in thought, word and deed. I frequently have used services and this is, by far, the best I have used. I have used the service for airport transport to JFK and Newark, wine tastings, trips into the city. You are in great hands as they are always there for you!

What more can i say. LI Access Limo was on time, the car was clean, the driver (Alex) was a professional and i made it to the airport with time to spare.
He even had a bottle of water and a fresh newspaper for me to read during my hour long drive to JFK airport.
Will hire them again for sure. Great job all around.

Best car service ever! Super fast and easy. Book online and save 10% off of total cost. So easy! I had them pick me up from long island to take me to JFK. I even needed them to come a bit earlier and despite the extremley last minute request, they still came. I called them again when my trip was over to pick me up at JFK and bring me back to LI, and again, my flights got changed at the last minute and instead of being at the airport at 7 am to pick me up, I had to call last minute and have them pick me up 5 am, and there was no trouble at all. It seems each driver is sweeter than the last. I had Alex on the way to the airport, and Rich on the way back. The topping on the cake, when Rich dropped me off, I left my phone in the car :(I called about a half hour later when I realized and they actually drove all the way back to my house and dropped it off!!! Awwwwwwwww i love them. Amazing customer service!!! Love love love!
