Came back here to try reflexology with Natalia. It was heavenly. You go into a dark room with candles, she plays relaxing music, and her touch was wonderful. I left feeling like I was walking on marshmallows. I could not get enough of the way she made my feet feel. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
This is my second time trying the spa’s services (last time was hair and makeup) and I am blown away once again. I can’t believe all my life I avoided spas like the plague because I thought it was all too fancy for me. Their prices are reasonable and they’ve been warm and welcoming.

If you would like VIP treatment, go to Jessica Lucanto. She is vibatious, friendly, in with the trends and extremely talented.

Jessica is the absolute best! Whether i want something specific or for her to be creative i am always so happy! Last month i went in to change up my color a little and she used the balayage technique… and i cant tell you how many times a day i get stopped for compliments! WIll never go to anyone else!

Had a facial and diamond microderm by Marina. She was friendly and experienced. I didn’t feel any pain, no skin breakage, and no red spots. She explained what my face needed and also explained each process. I will be back for facial peels.

The most relaxing massage ever. Willie’s energy transforms the experience into a new journey every time.

Lisa W says she was behind me which isn’t the truth. I said nothing that Steve the owner said I wasn’t welcome back for voicing my concerns in customer service. Which only means that she was asked to write a Unilocal review indicating that. I wasn’t planning on returning due to their lack on customer service. I never raised my voice so Lisa W isn’t being truthful. I told Steve the owner I was going to write a negative review since he wouldn’t even listen to anything I had to say. He listened to his staff only and not to both sides of the story. One sided doesn’t work and this is supposed to be a place to relax. I have other places that treat clients better than this. Only reason I ever went there was to follow someone. You can have a beautiful salon but if you have some bad apples that can ruin things to the core. I’m surprised they have stayed in business this long.

Hi everyone! As promised I went back to see Willie once again. She did my massage and my reflexology. During my reflexology I fell asleep. YES!!! That’s how I knew I was totally relaxed and just allowed the stresses of my everyday life leave my body. Willie is awesome and now will be my massage therapist. She’s amazing and very sweet. You have to love someone who loves what they do. It definitely shows through when she’s doing her work! Thanks Willie and W Salon. You’re the best! See ya real soon.

AMAZING experience! I am new to the area and needed to get in within a few days. Brandon was wonderful and was able to get me in with Tammie for a cut and color that day. When I arrived I asked if they had a pedicure appointment as well. Brandon got me in with Natalia and made arrangements for me to get my hair done afterwards. Natalia did an awesome job on my pedicure. Tammie did a consultant on my hair and made some suggestions. The cut and color was amazing and I will have her do my hair from now on. The surprise was at the shampoo bowl. I have never had such an amazing experience getting my hair washed. Dawn took her time and massaged my scalp and the base of my skull. I was so relaxed when she was done. She was the icing and sprinkles on the cake. I have found my spa and I can’t wait to return!

I go to Jessica for years now and I have to give her all the credit on what she has done to my hair. Jessica is so creative and works with you to make you feel beautiful. Her knowledge on different styles, color, blow out, keratin, etc. is OUTSTANDING. People always stop me to ask how I keep my hair looking so good and I tell them go see Jessica. if you want to look your best go see Jessica. All that along with her smile and friendly personality you will never want to go anywhere else.

Mark is a magician with color! I went to him to correct my color and not only is he fast (I am not one to lounge about in the salon all day), he is an expert. I could not be more pleased. This is a busy salon but at no time did I not feel important. The manager Holly is kind and personable and instantly knew who to match me with. If you are looking for great color in broward county, go see Mark!

Danielle M is a hair goddess! Best hair color and cut I have ever had! I came to her for a color correction that I thought could never be fixed and she did an amazing job !! She seriously saved my hair !

I found this place as I just moved here from Miami & I couldn’t be happier. I do my mani/​pedi with Debbie who is a complete sweetheart — treats u like if she has known u all of your life. She not only does a phenomenal job but she makes sure that your time here is one where u relax, and enjoy this time getting pampered and beautified! She referred me to willie who offers 90 minutes in heaven and she is not kidding when she speaks about heaven. From the facial/​and full body massage I truly felt so at ease and relaxed that when I got home I passed out and didn’t wake up till the following morning. Since my first one I have been back and can’t wait to go back in 2 more weeks and see both them again! This establishment is lucky to have these beautiful & amazing women in their team as this is what will keep on brining customers back and referrals!

I absolutely love the W Salon! Been coming for a few years, almost every weekend! I recently came for a haircut and once again Danielle Messano did an AMAZING job! I’ve been overwhelmed with compliments in the past week about my new look. She can literally do it all! Make-​up, up-do’s, cuts and a master at doing my color. She is my hair goddess, I will be back over and over again to see her, I highly recommend her!

Friendly faces welcoming yo with a warm smile is how I want any experience to begin when I’m entering any type of up scale establishment and needless to say with my 5 star review that I was greeted and promptly helped when I stepped into the salon! I went to a gentlemen named Paul (@paultage on Instagram) and my cut was great and my shampoo was incredible (we all know that’s secretly everyone’s favorite part) — The building was clean which was refreshing because I can’t stand to walk into a dirty salon with hair all over the floor, the towels were warm and product lines were top notch! They even had a smaller brand men’s grooming product called LAYRITE Which isn’t always easy to come by. Good hair cuts aren’t cheap and cheap hair cuts aren’t good so I don’t mind paying the compatible price :) I highly recommend this salon!

Beautiful, busy full service salon. I go to Rene who does my hair. When I first went to her I did not like my color, but I called and talked to her and she was very understanding and receptive. She had me come back in to fix it. She handled the situation like a true professional. I just had my hair done a second time and I absolutely love it! She does a great cut and color. I have a great time chatting with her. It is an all around good experience. I also recommended Rene to a neighbor and she love her, too.

Absolutely worst experience ever here…
I went here to get my hair colored. While in the process of coloring my hair, she went to another client without excusing herself, and started touching up her hair. I was astounded by this because it’s supposed to be a one on on experience. I felt I was wasting her time? Then she kept asking other employees to finish me off such as cleaning the dye off my forehead and someone to wash my hair. Never coming back

I came to W Salon for a correction to my color. Paul was AMAZING. He went through several processes to fix the mistakes that were previously made in my hair. I would recommend him for anyone. Thank you so much, Paul!

So, I just had a not so good experience at this salon. First, let me say that both my 17 year old daughter and 20 year old son have had good experiences at The W.
I called and extensively explained my situation. I’m 50, needed a cutting edge stylist who could do a dramatic grown out pixie style on my medium length hair. I told the person that I was artsy and would also need color and some very edgy, chunky platinum sections. (I already have and have maintained one in my bangs.) I needed a seasoned stylist who liked taking risks.
When I got to the appointment I was greeted by a stylist who was a nice, cute gal, but I quickly found out that she was new at the salon, less then 3 weeks. At that point, I realized they had just thrown me with the new girl. But hey, I was hoping that she was great.
We discussed what I wanted. I came armed with several photos. I got the feeling she didn’t want to cut my hair short. She kept saying that she liked my hair the way it was. She even held all my hair back ponytail style and said, ‘so you want to look like that?!’ It was a red flag, but I pressed on thinking that perhaps I was just overly paranoid.
To cut to the chase… The area that was suppose to be blonde turned orange. She then told me that it wasn’t going to work, or that she could do another application but couldn’t guarantee that the hair wouldn’t be dry and damaged. Okay… what!!! Gee… That sounds great, not!
I politely told her just to dye the hair back dark and that I didn’t feel confident to have her cut my hair. She understood and was actually very professional about it. She offered to find me someone new in the salon to cut my hair. But at that point, the whole thing felt wrong. I had the overwhelming need to flee!!! Lol After she fixed her mistake, she offered to blow dry my bangs, which was truly nice… but I decided just to drive straight home and blow dry it myself.
Like I said, I do know people who have had decent experiences at The W. Just don’t for one minute think that the front desk staff is actually custom picking your stylist to fit your needs.

I love this salon! Moved to Parkland from Long Island about 6 months ago and stumbled upon this salon shortly after. The salon itself is beautiful so I logged onto Unilocal and read a couple if reviews and decided to book. I am very pleased with my hair stylist, Renee. She’s a real pro with lots of experience and a ton of creativity. I trusted her almost immediately. She has updated my color and cut and I’m extremely happy. The hair wash area is a separate room in the salon which is dimly lit and comfortable chairs with ottomans. Most of the time I get a scalp massage with my haircut — very relaxing and enjoyable.
I recently came here for a manicure and pedicure and had the best pedicure I’ve ever had with Natalia who also practices reflexology. Extremely relaxing!
One complaint I have is with the facials — had probably the worst microdermabrasion I’ve ever had here. Can’t really describe why, except that I felt it wasn’t very thorough or aggressive — no extractions either. I don’t know, Im used to seeing and feeling a difference in my skin a few days after which I did not here.
I will keep coming back just not for the facials. If you’re looking for a new salon, I highly recommend W.
