Temptations Caterers was established in order to provide culinary excellence as people began exploring their food choices. Our chefs have retained the desire to take our presentations to the next level and have transformed many of our customers into Foodies! Our servers are well versed in the art of service with style and show how much they love to be at our events

Meet the Manager

Neal G.

Manager

Neal Grimes has been with Temptations Catering and Event Planning for over 20 years in the capacity of General Manager. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 1981, Neal immediately began working for an ultra high end catering company in Wainscott, NY. The company catered primarily to television and theater stars as well as CEO’s from Manhattan’s most prestigious companies. Neal continued working with these clients in a Manhattan based operation until he came south. Since relocating to Florida in 1983, Neal has been Food and Beverage Director as well as Corporate Pastry Chef for a number of higher end locations in the area. He joined with Kathy to build Temptations into the powerhouse it is today. His motto– «I love the Catering Industry“as every single day is a new beginning and while you never get a second chance to make a first impression, we will be perfect the first time. Neal enjoys decorating his house, entertaining his friends and riding his unicycle.
