Our stylist beleive in education to keep themselves fresh on the new styles and technique as well and polishing up on the basics. We specialize in color, highlights and precision cutting. We use top notch products only. We use Aveda Color and highlight. When we color your hair it is customized for you.

History

Established in 1998.

The Salon itself has been open for approx 15 years now but has been under different owners. In March 2012 the salon was purchased again by a new owner, who is committed to making sure all clients who enter our salon feel welcomed and receive great service. 23 years ago I was asked to drive my sister in law to beauty school, figuring I could learn a thing our two I decided to go to school as well. I loved doing hair and making people feel happy. I worked and managed salons for a straight 15 years before my neck decided I needed a break. I started working from home for my husbands company, but I missed doing hair. I still did occasional weddings, hair cuts and special occasion work. After my 3 kids were grown up, moved out and I was sitting in a room on the computer (yuck) i received a phone call that a young girl needed her hair done for her engagment photos. She came to my home, I did her hair and make up and decided I really wanted to go back to doing what I love most. So I told a friend who told a friend I wanted to buy and salon and Melissa called me and asked me if I wanted to buy Split Endz (This was the last salon I worked in) I said yes. So now I am living my dream, I love what I do and I get to be the owner of the salon.
