They have an actual color expert; her name is Dana Rice. If you are bad at picking color, she will rescue you. Take her your fabric/​tile/​etc., and she will find the perfect coordinating colors.
She is AWESOME.
I was in Miami recently, and called a few stores to see if I could talk to a color expert, and they all said that they did not; they use the app instead. They said to download the app. :(
Every S.W. store should have a lady like her! :)

I love that I can call the store and have them pull up my order from two years ago. I can have a new gallon of paint mixed before I get there so I’m saving time and not waiting in the store. The lady in the design center is also great.

excellent products and excellent customer service. it’s nice to write a 5-​star review, and this store absolutely deserves it. i had to re-​paint double front doors and needed high quality paint (for coverage and durability) and to have it matched to the existing color. altho i had a piece of the door with the old paint, the matching wasn’t easy bc the old paint was sun bleached and oxidized, and zach was not only pleasant and extremely patient with the process but also did an incredible job of matching color/​hue/​finish. i had previously tried both of the large home repair chains, and wasted time and money. in the future, i’ll skip that frustration and go directly to this store. it’s been a couple of months since i painted the doors, and they look great.

My new favorite place!
We weren’t planning on painting our new house but it just didn’t feel homey. so, we started looking into different gray colors and came across Popular Gray.
As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help. The guy (forgot his name, sorry!!) was beyond nice and very informative. He helped us choose the right paint color and supplies.
They have a variety of supplies to choose from. Some are reasonably priced and then you have that expense paint brush for $ 30 bucks or more. We purchased some plastic to cover the floor, paint brushes, paint rollers, buckets and two cans of popular gray for approx. $ 140 including a $ 10 off coupon.
We will definitely be back again to purchase more paint. We have two walls painted and approx. 500 more to go! (kidding 10 more to go) ugh. :) Anyone up for a UYE paint party at my house?! lol

Tony D. Was very helpful and acknowledged all customers who were waiting patiently. For whatever reason it was a busy Sunday morning. When it was my turn, even though there was a line of customers waiting he took the time to explain what my options were for my needs and explained pricing. I never felt rushed. He also called other stores as they were short of the paint I needed and sought alternatives. Although he accidentally rung something up twice because of my change in order he rectified the issue right away and I was on my way. I can’t wait to see how the paint comes out.
Thanks for a great first experience.
