The pizza is flavorless! My boyfriend and I had to add garlic powder, salt, crushed red pepper, and Parmesan on it !! All of the seasonings found on the table, I find myself never using them, until now! Sauce is horrible !! The dine in experience is one star ! The ambiance is decent, but the waitresses have no hospitality manors. Being the only people in the restaurant — you would think you would get more attentive service/help ! But I see why we were the only people there … The manager/owner was on his lab top in a booth ?? Dude! Check on your customers/guest ! Make sure they are doing OK!. It goes a LONG way !!!

My mother-in-law has been a Pizza Carousel fan for years, as in 20+ years! I am so happy she turned me on to this little hidden gem. It’s fast and so inexpensive! The pizza is one of the tastiest around. Whatever they marinade the bell peppers in, is insanely delicious. Do yourself a favor and add that as a topping!

Recently moved to the area and had tried a couple of pizza places and they were good, but not the One. Found Pizza Carousel and picked up a menu when I went to The Fresh Market and Bed, Bath and Beyond. One evening we ordered the Carousel Super pizza and it was great. Great crust and sauce and lots of toppings. Also love the fact they are a family business and not a chain.

My boyfriend and I stopped by after shopping in the plaza. What drew us in was the«pizza by the slice» sign. My bf ordered 2 slices one pepperoni and 1 just cheese. I also had a slice of cheese pizza. FYI there were no prices on the slices of pizza but we were starving and thought hey how much can a slice cost… 3 slices came up to $ 9 bucks then my boyfriend decided that maybe we should get drinks too so added 2 apple juices to that which costed an additional $ 5.50. An est. $ 15 bucks for 3 slices of pizza and 2 small drinks? It was a rip off but we thought okay maybe it’s really worth it. Pizza came out… Okay very nice big New York style slices so we had a little hope. Takes a bite. Maybe not so eh very disappointed! Couldn’t get over the cheap pizza sauce they used. Please change your sauce it’s not very tasty it reminds me of eating microwaved Tony’s pizza. A complete waste of money. The inside décor is however nice and has a dimmed restaurant feel. I really hope this reaches the staff members so they can change this.

The best pizza I have had in Florida. The crust was just right with excellent sauce and cheese. The service was excellent and they have the best garlic knots.

Surprisingly, Pizza carousel has been in Coral Springs for 25 years and this was my first trip here. Small place with about 16 tables/booths. Scanned the menu for a while and found some interesting things. Nothing is fried, they have while wheat pizza, and also breadless calzones/strombolis. One of the really cool things was that the food is made on an actual brick oven carousel. There’s a glass window where you can watch it go round and round and round, see my video. :) Started off with a couple of iced teas but they do serve beer and wine. Girlfriend went with a small whole wheat with pineapple and olives(yuck lol). She’s a fan of that combo, makes no sense to me. She said it was decent but wasn’t in love with it. I’ve been trying to cut the carbs a bit late so I went with the breadless calzone. It came with pepperoni, meatball, sausage, ricotta, and mozarella(lots of cheese in this thing). It was honestly the type of thing I’d like to eat everywhere, never been a huge fan of bread. Overall, I’d eat it again and I think the SO will follow my lead on what to get next time(like all my other friends do). Quick and quiet which I’m definitely a fan of.

This was one of our fave locals… Tonight we decided to go back… We ordered the baked fish and chicken Marsala… The kids ordered the baked ziti… Then when the food came… No chicken Marsala and they said it will be coming in a few minutes… Few minutes after eating the pasta and baked fisher asked where the Marsala? A waiter apologized and said he mistakenly gave it to the wrong table… Then after 20 minutes our waitress came and said the chicken dropped on the floor and they had to rebook it… Really?!! Oh and we decided to take 10% off the Marsala… 1.50?! Really?! They did not really give anything for their screw up and after we said we are unhappy… The other table«boy» decided to «throw» the check at us?! With a sarcastic thank you for coming?! Lol! We are decent customers who even gave 10% instead of 20% tip… Not going their anymore… So much for small business Saturday… I know the manager is the owner and for him to only give 10% off on a food that he did wrong?!(Btw, the chicken was half hot and hot cold) and when we ask for the manager… He did not show up! BADBUSINESS… BADSERVICE… And eventually awful taste on food to us!!! SADPLACE!!!

Pizza was just ok. With toppings, they just add it on top of a plain pizza instead of cooking it from scratch with it on, which effects the taste. The sausage slice was a clump of diced sausage dumped in the middle of the slice. The crust is good, but the sauce is too sweet and tastes canned. The search for good pizza outside of New York continues…

It is all about taste! Excellent crust, red sauce that is not too acidic, cheese with the perfect fat content to impart the elusive amount of flavor to the pie and non-generic pepperoni and sausage made my takeout with salad sing the other night! I am going to coming back on my next visit to Coral Springs! Simple but perfectly balanced, loved the flavor profile.

I went here for lunch with mom and we ordered several different dishes(wings, chicken Parmesan, pizza). The best thing about this place was their garlic rolls, but everything else was just okay. I’d eat here again, probably not anytime soon.

Love their Pizza! The crust is thin and very crunchy! Always fresh! The waitresses are a little slow, but they end up bringing what you ordered! It’s a very small, but cozy pizzaria! Very recommended! Prices are also pretty good!

Tried them July 11 for the first time, ordered slice/salad special. Waiter was especially friendly/accommodating, which was refreshing since if a single man goes into a restaurant alone, some places treat you like the plague, Salad was hearty/tasty, pizza slice very good. Definitely will return.

Very clean and nice inside. The staff is friendly and service is fast. There was only one other diner though so it should have been fast! We made the mistake of ordering pasta from their lunch special. It was a very generous portion– I took home half. The price was pretty good –about $ 7 for spaghetti and one large meatball. However, the marinara sauce was beyond boring and bland. It tasted like they poured canned tomato sauce(not spaghetti sauce — plain puréed tomatoes) right on top of the pasta. I know marinara sauce is supposed to be simple, but you have to add some seasoning! Their name is Pizza Carousel so I guess they are famous for their pizza. If I ever go back(which won’t be anytime soon), I definitely won’t order pasta. 3 stars because of the staff and prices. The spaghetti would only earn 2 stars by itself.

We mover into the area in 2011 and this is one of the first restaurants we tried. My kids love the pizza, my wife enjoys the salad and the pasta dishes are my favorite. The prices are reasonable, service is always fast and friendly.

Love the pizza here! I always go to the plaza for Ulta, Bed, Bath and Beyond and I end up going in for a slice! I would recommend this place for the pizza! The only complaint that I have is the soda from the fountain is always flat when I go! My advice to you is to ask for a bottle or canned soda!
