I went today for the first time and HOORAH rec’d a great massage. Not only did I receive a great massage but the office personnel and manager were so nice and ready to answer and questions I had about their program. The ambiance was also great and very clean. I joined and am ready to go back!

Finally. A massage Envy with a manager who knows what they are doing. Kristian actually knows how to run a spa and how to take care of clients.(very very rare when it comes to Massage Envy) staff is great and welcoming and actually want to serve guests coming in. I’ve been a member for a long time and this particular location has never been good with management and front staff. Finally they have stability!!! I started at this location but have been going to another location since i have never liked the instability of staff. Since i have met Kristian and since he actually took the time to solve an account issue I will only be coming to Turtle Crossings!

I absolutely love this place. My kids gave me some money for a spa package. so I went hunting around for a great deal and a pleasant atmosphere… instead of getting the whole spa thing… I was able to pay a few months and get a membership. Brad is my guy… every time I come out of there… I feel so much better… sitting at the computer all day working can cause some kinks in your neck… I recommend the deep tissue massage. Christian who I believe is the manager of the office… is extraordinary… he is the reason I decided to join… I gave up pedi’s for this… I love. love…love…this place, the atmosphere, the ambiance and the warm and friendly staff… I highly recommend this particular location! btw… ask for Brad… tell him I sent you!

About to get my first massage. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and on the more upscale side. Great first time prices and good selection of massage options. Massage was deep and thorough. Very professional. I will be back. There is a goal to have you become a member which is a great deal if you do multiple massages monthly.

Although I’ve been a member for years and haven’t really had a problem until now(when I cancelled my membership), I am very unsatisfied after tonight. Make sure if you cancel your membership that you schedule your last massage within 30 days of your expiration. I’m not sure why if I pay for a massage why it would expire, but that’s their policy, so they will absolutely bill you again if you make the mistake that I did. Additionally my massage started 15 minutes after my scheduled time and I was assured I would get the full hour, but got a 45 minute massage. Massages are expensive as it is, so the last thing a customer should deal with is getting shorted. Especially a customer that came every month for at least three years!

This place is managed horribly. We signed up for a couples massage and couldn’t find the location. We were 15 mins late and arrived without hearing that there would be an issue. By the time we started the massage it was 20 mins after the hour. We figured we were still getting the whole hour. 30 Mins later, we were told we were done. When I asked the manager, her only reply was that we should have been told when we came in that they had other appointments so it’d be cut short. That is an obvious statement. Terrible management! Couldn’t have handled it any poorer. A simple apology would have probably done it. She said she’d make a note on our account to let us know that they will tell us that next time if we are late. That is beyond laughable. Needless to say, there wasn’t anyone waiting so I don’t know who the other appointments were. To top that off, we saw one of our masseuse getting in her car as we were. This place is awful!
