Martinizing Dry Cleaning

Took my business attire here for a year, and was generally satisfied with the cleaning. I signed up for their ‘VIP’ service which gave me a bag that I could drop my dry cleaning off in. The bag was great, because I could travel with it and put all of my worn suits in the bag, travel home, then drop it off to be cleaned.
Unfortunately, this system has a flaw. There is only a chute to drop your bag — rarely is anyone available to check in your clothes. And when they do, they simply drop your bag down the chute for you.
The last time I visited, I dropped off 2 suits (jacket & pants) as well as 2 tailored dress shirts. I don’t wear suits very often — usually about 3x a year for business, plus weddings and funerals — so it was about a month before I needed to wear my suit again. When it came time, I went into my closet, and realized that Martinizing gave me my 2 suits back, but my 2 tailored shirts were missing.
Once I realized my mistake, I called the company to inform them of the issue. The person that answered the phone (presumably a high school kid) was immediately dismissive of my issue stating, «we only show you dropped off the suits, no shirts». I explained how that was nearly impossible and asked that he be on the look out for them. I also asked that he have have Harvey or Karen call me to discuss — and a week later, it still has not happened.
Essentially, I am out $ 195 for the 2 shirts that went missing, and will need to replace them out of my own pocket.
My advise to you is to make sure that if you use the VIP bags, that you have someone provide you with an inventory of the bags before you leave — otherwise you are leaving your dry cleaning at your own risk.
Sadly, I will be taking my clothes elsewhere from now on.

I have used several dry cleaning services in the many years that I’ve lived in Coral Springs. I finally found a place with great service, honest and caring owners and they even have free delivery! With one less errand to run several times per week, I couldn’t be happier with Martinizing in Coral Springs.

I really like this place because they do a great job and they are Eco friendly. They are a little more money but if you join the VIP club it’s about the same. Most important is that they do excellent work. 5 Stars.
