Think I have found my neighborhood go-​to eyebrow place! Yayy! I came here a month before with a Groupon to try them out and now I’m back! The young lady was the one who did my eyebrows and she did a great job. When she was done she asked if I was getting my upper lip threaded also and I told her that I’m usually afraid because it hurts so bad. So she suggested that I could also wax it. So I decided to go with the wax. Less than 2mins she was done and I was hairless! Only complaint which is not her fault is that my upper lip got irritated from the waxing but it subsided the next day. Usually happens as it is a sensitive area for me.

Customer service is not good and their threading technique is awful. I regret not going to my regular location.

I was there 2 weeks ago, and for other customers I really would like to share my experience. The young girl who does the threading is very nice and good at her job, 5 stars to her. The owner’s mother, however is a very rude and an obnoxious lady. I was there on a Sunday and since no one else was there I was talking over my phone. The young girl started doing my eyebrows and I asked her if I could continue talking over the phone, to which she nodded yes. I’m always mindful of not disturbing other customers. I continued talking over the phone since there was no body else in the salon. In 2 mins this lady comes out of her room and yells at me over my head «THIS IS A SPA SWITCH OFF YOUR MOBILE». No politeness, like Can you please switch off your phone, Or I’m sorry we would appreciate if you can switch off your mobile, thank you etc. NO NOTHING, JUST PLAIN YELLING, as if I’m a 4 year old kid! I was a bit shocked first at her tone, the abruptness and rudeness and secondly that place doesn’t feel like a spa at all. Anyways, I told my husband that I cant talk on phone anymore they are yelling at me. He said but its not a movie theatre, I said yes I agree its not and had to hang up. I was polite to the lady and told her that she lost a customer to which her reply was NO PROBLEM!!!
Fellas I’m not going there, beware of the crazy rude lady.

Salima is THE BEST at eyebrow threading!!!

SalimA is awesome and personable my eyebrows look fabulous ! She also does manicures pedicures facials and waxing for way lower prices than all other nail salons ! Cleanliness is on point as well. Let’s get another groupon for existing clients maybe? :)

I went there to get threading and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a beautiful calming ambiance. They did a great job on my eyebrows and the prices were better than what they charge for threading in the area. The young girl that did my brows was amazing. My eyebrows were so clean afterwards. I could hardly feel it and I have thick hair. She was fast too.

Thank goodness for Unilocal,lol. Just had my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I’m never going back to waxing. Salima did a great job. Very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going here for over a year now and I have to say I’ve never had a negative experience! Very consistent and attentive! Salima is amazing, but I trust everyone there! ¹⁰⁄₁₀!

I come here once a month to get my eye brows threaded. The price is fair and the service is fast.

I’ve been there 2 times the first one with a groupon and was not satisfy do I have them a second chance and still have to say this people have no people skills. No costumer service at all. They just have u seat there hold ur skin and when ur paying ask u for a tip. I’m sorry but if u gonna do a shitty job I don’t have to tip you. Going back to where I used to go which the lady at least is more personable.

I came into this place with a Groupon so I had no prior knowledge of it. The place is very small, what I can see of it at least. I know they do massages and whatnot so there must be more rooms in the back. It looks clean and tidy. The staff was friendly but I thought the actual threading was rather quick I haven’t threaded my eyebrows in a while so I know they needed a little more attention, but they had me in and out in under five minutes. I know some people work very fast and are very effective at what they do, but I wasn’t 100% happy with the results. The girl told me there’s nothing more she can do for my eyebrows at this point, but when I come back she’ll be able to do a better job. I guess because I pluck my eyebrows I have some ingrown hairs. Regardless, there is a million threading places to try so I don’t think I will be coming back

I found this place as an accident a little over a year ago and have continued to come back each time I need threading. Super affordable, never a long wait — as a matter of fact I think I have only ever waited a maximum of 10 minutes and I am always a walk in. The young girl does my eyebrows and she always tells me how long to wait to come back and is always very pleasurable. Highly recommend this establishment. I live about 30 – 40 minutes away but it’s worth the trip!

I am super picky when it comes to my brows. I recently moved here from Atlanta and I noticed a lot of salons can resist the urge to make my very thick brows thin and over arched! Not this place. Sema (younger girl) is awesome and quick!!!

Great place ! Service was fast and the results were what I expected and wanted. I normally go all the way to Anarkali in Aventura, but I won’t be traveling so far south after finding this spot. Will continue to go back.

I am a super picky customer and was very pleased with all the services I received. I went for a facial, eyebrow and upper lip threading, and brazilian wax and all the services were fantastic. Heena is very knowledgeable about skin care and will prescribe what is good for your face. She is not pushy at all with her products and makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend any of her services.

Great threading place. The best professional threading I have had done in any city, and I travel a lot. I have not tried the spa services, but Heena is so gentle I conyinually come back to her between trips!
