I love the variety of classes offered! Everything I want and more.

This is my favorite studio in this area, I absolutely love it here, it’s been my home away from home for many years. There’s so much variety with classes and my favorites are hot/​warm yoga, aerial yoga and spinning. The environment is welcoming and the instructors give individual attention during class. You will leave any class feeling refreshed and truly amazing.

I just went to my first class this morning. Hot vinyasa flow with Debbie and it was great. I love studios that feel authentic and not commercialized. Apparently Debbie (the owner) instructs a wide variety of classes so I will try out some other ones soon! I don’t really live close to this studio (45 minutes) but I definitely see myself coming in when I see my orthodontist once a month in the area. I also plan on bringing a guest next week because the class was very beginner friendly. It is hot so make sure to eat an hour before and bring water so you’ll have enough energy to last 75 minutes! You can also tell that the merchandise in the studio is not just whatever they ordered online, the items seem to be chosen selectively and the yoga mats are not over priced :) ($ 26) I might even buy the black mat next time.
Location. It’s in the back on the plaza so just keep walking into the corner and you’ll see it.

I would like to make a full disclosure that I live in D.C. and am visiting my parents in Coral Springs, where I grew up. I got into spinning while living in D.C. and have been to about 4 different studios within the district. While I am no Lance Armstrong I do enjoy the sport and it is a amazing workout. Up until now.
Going into this, and after viewing the studio online, I thought almost all studios are modeled after Soul Cycle (pitch black room, an energetic instructor who doubles as a DJ that could open for Calvin Harris, complementary towels, neon lights that change to the beat, weights under the bikes, etc). This place though had no weights, no towels, and the room was poorly shaded. No big deal but definitely kills the vibe.
Entering the studio, I was running a few minutes late so I rushed from the front desk into the Spin room. To my surprise the instructor was gabbing on the floor while Enya was playing in the background… Mind you this is spinning not yoga! We started about 10 minutes late and while I don’t mind the lack of punctuality, I already wasn’t feeling the vibe.
The instructor started the class with a Counting Crows song, seriously? After what felt like an eternity we moved on to the next jam which happened to be Phil Collins «In the air, tonight». Although the drum solo is arguably on of the best I’ve ever heard, it is a VERY slow tempo song. I think the iPod came out about 10 years ago, and it felt like the instructor hadn’t updated it since. Apparently she takes requests, even though that is a «cute» idea, by the end of class after 8 mile, the devil went down to Georgia, and some amazing evanescence tune, my ears were bleeding. As a personal tip, please STOP!
There were also breaks in between the songs (due to the advance skills of the DJ mixing Pandora) which kills the fast pace mood. I’d also like to mention the instructor’s mic did not go as high as the music so whenever she talked the music got turned down.
Anyone can ride a bike and sweat but I don’t spend money on a class to casually cycle on an early Sunday morning. The instructor was VERY relaxed and wanted everyone to go at their own pace, another great idea but when we started to stand quickly up and down (not to a beat of course) if looked like we were a group uncoordinated children who just got on a bike for the first time.
There were no crunches, sit-​ups, or arm exercises. When we «climbed» it was for MAYBE 5 minutes and besides that we were mostly in the seat the entire time. No third position, no challenging your abs, nada! The instructor was also very against bobbing to the music, which most studios highly encourage it.
Too bad this studio has a monopoly on the current market because these poor souls do not know how fun cycling can truly be. As a tip to the consumer, DO NOT go here. And as a tip to the studio please invest in traveling to a larger city and taking a true cycling class.

I purchased a month unlimited pass about two weeks ago and I’m in love with this studio! The staff and classes are absolutely incredible. All instructors are super nice and helpful. Make sure you take a class with Debbie because she’s da bomb. Highly recommend everyone to check this place out :)

After years of not spinning, I got back on the saddle and tried a spinning class with Debbie. It was great! Good music and motivation. I will definitely do it again. Looking forward to trying some other classes as well.

I took my first yoga class ever this week at Fusion Fitness and O2 Yoga. What a great experience. Amy made me feel right at home and made sure I knew what to do. Plus, I really got a lot out of the class, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Fusion is like the cheers for fitness! Not only are the instructors amazing each class you end up leaving like you worked out wort a group of friends. It’s a feel good feeling all around. Best fitness studio in Springs /​Parkland hands down!

I had never done yoga before. I tried the first week unlimited classes for 30 dollars and I was addicted!
The aerial yoga classes with Michelle are so amazing!
I feel like a ballet dancer flying in the air. Michelle inspires and calms my soul.
The yoga classes with Pam keep me centered and destressed. Her individual, hands on approach makes me feel like I am the only person in the classroom.
I love yoga and will continue to practice. Fusion fitness and o2 yoga has changed my world! I will continue to recommend it to all my friends!!!

Fabulous teachers, beautiful studio facilities, and great fellow students. My home away from home.

I bought a 6 week Package.
In 6 weeks, I learned to love myself. In 6 weeks, I put all my energy and efforts into my yoga practice and eventually opened up to try new classes. I overcame my comfort zone, I overcame fear. I fell in love with suspension yoga (Michelle is Amazing!) and took Debbie’s classes and experienced a real, robust fitness class! The Old me would say «I don’t like someone telling me what to do» The new me says «Tell me if I’m doing this right», but that’s not the case because Debbie and all the instructor’s are observing you and will advise you!
Pam’s class is invigorating and challenging!
I treasure this sanctuary with all my heart!
It’s the first place I go to after work and I feel most beautiful after a class there.
I feel stronger and more powerful than I have my whole life!

A small boutique gym located in a small industrial park in Coral Springs.
I was looking for a place where I could do spin classes — like a spin studio — rather than a large gym. This place filled that bill. The instructor I had in the classes I’ve been to so far is SUPER nice, always checking on me (and a couple of other newbies) and I was able to go at my own pace. Her name is Denise and she is very high energy.
I enjoyed the morning class better than the evening class. I don’t know if that was because the room was less crowded at that time or better lit but I felt very claustrophobic in the evening class. And very HOT.
The class if very high aerobic, high energy, I sweated my a** off and I felt GREAT once it was all over. I only wish they were closer to home.
Their policy is if you cancel within 24 hours of the class, you lose your $ — which is a good thing for me as how many times have you wanted to blow off a class day of? This forces you to show up.

Why are you not here yet!!! This place has made me an addict… A health addict that is. I LOVE to work out here, I buy the yearly package because I take so many classes a week, it’s cheaper for me that way. Try a class. Barre is fun, yoga is enticing, and spinning will beat your booty. You won’t be disappointed

I really like this studio. Debbie is a great instructor and motivates you to succeed.
I’ve taken spinning, circuit spinning, barre, yoga and yogalates. There has yet to be a class I didn’t like.
The classes are small so you get personalized attention.
Tracy up front is so nice. She makes you feel welcome every time you enter.
They just moved to a new studio and I can’t wait to go!

Been a fan for about 6 months. The instructors are extremely dedicated, qualified and very motivating. I’ve been taking their spinning classes and the Pilates classes. They also offer a variety of other classes that I hope to find time for also, including Tae Bo and Kettle bell. The instructors all know your name after just a few classes and I really feel motivated to keep going. They are a friendly and the best part is no class is too large! And you can pre-​schedule your classes on line, now that’s convenient.

I bought the Passport to Prana card Miami, which is a card you purchase for $ 30 and you get to attend yoga classes at 29 different cities and Broward and Dade county. A sweet deal, especially for a beginner such as myself.
So I attended my very first yoga class ever in my life at Fusion Fitness & Yoga. I chose the sivananda class on Tues from 7:30 — 9 PM taught by Jasmin. Per the website, it is hatha yoga, which means low-​impact yoga exercises: a low-​impact yoga that helps to regulate breathing by exercises consisting of postures and stretches intended to sustain healthy bodily functioning and induce emotional calmness.
That being said, this class was HARDCORE. It was actually 2 hours long. It was only myself and one other girl in the class. I explained my physical limitations (carpal tunnel syndrome & a curved spine). The teacher basically said that she used to be bow-​legged and her yoga teacher pushed her legs so much that she no longer had that issue. Greeaaaat. She had us doing headstands, which really should not be done when you know it is someone’s first yoga class (and it was only the other girl’s 2^nd class). Luckily I did not injure myself. It was not easy, and I did not feel that my physical limitations were being taken into consideration. We did 10 «sun salutations» and the teacher kept saying things like «in this class we usually do 40» etc. I don’t know if she was trying to make us feel bad or what. I would push myself as far as I could and then the teacher would literally come up to me and push me further into the move. I was definitely sore after, which is fine and normal, but like I said this was not really the class for a beginner. I actually shied away doing yoga for weeks afterwards out of fear that it was going to be like that again. I don’t think that the teacher was malevolent or anything, but just more advanced and eager to show off how advanced she was.
The studio offers other yoga classes that are more like aerobics, as well as pilates, boot camp ballet classes, etc.
If you’re looking for a place to get a hardcore workout, or looking the lose weight, this is the place for you. If you have physical issues and are trying to get into yoga for it’s healing properties, I would look elsewhere.
It’s not a bad place, just not in line with what I am looking for. NEXT!
