After our lunch plans were foiled, my girlfriend and I decided on a quick snack from Einstein to hold us over. The restaurant was slightly busy but we didn’t have to wait in line. When we walked in the overwhelming smell of something burnt hit my nose. It was the only thing could smell and it did not go away. It was even on our clothes after we left. We both ordered bagels with shmear. The bagels were soft and fresh and the shmear was tasty. As far as bagels and cream cheese go, this wasn’t bad. I’d go here again but if if there was another option, I might take it.

Worst store ever!!! I will never go back in this store again. The service is horrible, there is fly’s in the bagels and the pastries. People working there were the rudest ever, and did not care about their job. They did not cut our bagels in half, nor was bale to provide information about coupons I had with me. The first time we went there there were just rude and dirty because of I guess how busy they were. The guy who makes the bagel sandwiches had to leave earlier so they decided not to make our sandwiches and made us wait longer until one of the coworkers agreed to do it. We decided to give them another try and went again. There were fly’s in the bagels and where the pastries were. Disgusting. Also it seemed as nobody new what they were doing and how to treat customers. I love bagels but I will never go back at this locations. Super disappointed at Einstein for keeping staff like this working at their company!

Lately this place has taken a serious dive. It seems that mostly a new staff has taken over, and just does a horrendous job. Coffee is always empty or 90% empty, trash cans overflowing and most importantly the bagel situation has become terrible. They are smaller with less seasoning… And somehow it is impossible to toast them, cut them or serve them correctly… This place has become a joke.

For National Bagel Day, Einstein’s was running a promo — get a free bagel and schmear with any purchase. I love bagels anyway, so it seemed like a good excuse. We dropped in at close to 3:00, so there was almost no one there. Even for late in the day, they had a decent selection of bagels. For my purchase, I opted for a breakfast sandwich. I always like places that offer breakfast selections all day. I went with egg, bacon and cheese on a plain bagel. It was out in about 5 min. The bagel looked a bit small, but had a nice amount of egg and 4 slices of thin but crispy and flavorful bacon. The cheese slice was so thin that it was really a nonentity on the sandwich. The bagel was as it should be, tender yet chewy. For my free bagel, I took home a toasted«everything» bagel with a schmear of chive cream cheese. It had a good amount of cream cheese, but it didn’t have a lot of flavor. Overall, Einstein’s is a decent, but not outstanding choice for a quick bagel snack.

I went there today, 12÷29÷15, and I don’t know what the hell happened to the place after I last visited a few years ago. I first walked into Brooklyn Water Bagel across the street, and it was packed, and I wasn’t about to stand in a line behind 15 people(I’m not exaggerating) to get a bagel with a nova smear. So I headed over to Einstein. Dead as a doornail, so I should have been suspicious right away. Three service personnel in TOTAL, and I had to wait to be served, or even addressed, by the one who served me because she was busy breaking up a roll of pennies for the cash register. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, nova, onion, capers and tomato – one of their few offerings – at $ 7.95. Not cheap, but the last time I had it, I loved it. This time, I couldn’t believe how bad it was. I like sesame bagels, so chose that, especially since that bin was full so I assumed fresh. But I could hardly classify this as a bagel. You never ate a tougher, more tasteless piece of crap in your LIFE! And all of the bagels on display just looked BAD! And everything else on it STUNK. Every ingredient and every taste was suspicious. Never, ever again. And I guarantee you that this location will close down any day now.

This location is terrible! The only reason I ever kept going back was because it was close. The service is terrible, wait… Nonexistent! Things are not made correctly or even at all. If you can avoid this location, do so. You’ll be happy you did.

The inside of this place is DISGUSTING! Doors falling off cabinets that are for CUSTOMER use, food all over the floor, trash overflowing, coffee station with worn down counter tops and covered with spilled drinks and nasty food crumbs. Oh, and my husband and I were the ONLY ones here which means this disgusting mess had been sitting there!!! Staff was goofing off behind the counters and my husband told me to cross my legs and hold it if I needed to use the bathroom(he had just returned from the mens room). We will never return and will happily be visiting Brooklyn Waterbagel Company right across the street.

The store is basically empty. There were no customers waiting for anything and all the employees were just standing around. They appeared like they did not want to help me or take my money.

The four stars is for the spinach bagel with turkey & cheddar cheese I ordered. Its very good accompanied by the chipotle mayo. The negatives about this place is they really needs to have a better system expediting orders. Staff always seems to be confused by who gets what order & Its always a long wait so if your starving you might want to think twice before coming to this location. IJS Sunny

The bagels were yummy, but small(and the same price as a larger bagel somewhere else). I had an asiago bagel with egg, applewood bacon, and cheddar cheese. The bacon and cheese were good, but the egg was not traditional scrambled eggs made in a pan. Something was definitely different. The ice coffee was yummy, and the staff were nice. I will probably be back here.

I went here for the first time at this location on a Friday noon. Ordered the turkey panini. There were 3 guys working behind the desk and 4 customers in the whole place. Waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches with only one customer ahead of us(which also lost his patience waiting for his food). The guy finally brings our food only to realize that both are chicken panini and not turkey. I mean I understand making a mistake when you’re busy, but when there’s no one in the whole place and have to wait 30 min for a panini and then bring the wrong order, that’s just ridiculous. Went and got a refund and went to the other bagel place across the street which was much busier, much faster service and better bagels! Won’t be back at this place that’s for sure.

Very friendly servant, made me feel comfortable. The food was delicious. I had a bagel with nova lox which came out with a single layer of lox. This kinda made me feel bit disappointed. Considering a guy from NYC and usually served with several layers of nova lox made me feel this way. However the servant gave my eldest son a complementary gourmet bagel. This alone made a good mark in my book.

Food is good, Einstein’s is one of the best bagel places we can get down here in Florida. They are smaller than average but I think it’s the right size and the dough is light and airy with a good taste. I don’t have to toast these bagels to make them taste good. I do think their everything bagel has WAY too much caraway seed which stinks because I like everything but that flavor takes over. And YESTHISLOCATIONSMANAGEMENTANDSTAFFISHORRIBLE! THEYARESTRANGEANDDONTKNOWWHATTHEYREDOING. THEPERSON I THINKISTHEMANAGERISTHEWORST, UNPROFESSIONALANDUNAWARE. Unfortunately it’s the closest location and I have to go there, but hopefully they will restaff soon and it will be a better place to be.

There was a line when I got in but it went down quickly. Staff quick and friendly. They got me out of there really quickly despite a growing line. Great job! As far as menu– I love the Smoked Salmon Nova Lox on Asiago Cheese bagel. The other thing that’s really good on their menu is the Classic Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich.(Also on Asiago) *Please note that all Einstein Bros locations now have soy milk as an option for coffee.

I’ll give this place a one star. First the order person is also prepping bagels and using protective gloves on cash and sweeping floors with same. Saw the manager do the same thing!

The bagels are good but small. I’m giving this place 3 stars for poor management. The woman who appears to be the manager is completely disorganized. She seems to be the only one who uses the cash register and makes coffee but she’s so consumed trying to figure out the register that she doesn’t make the coffee! My bagel was cold by the time my coffee was done and she made me the wrong drink. She was going to wait until the line subsided to remake my coffee and I had to tell her to do it now because my bagel was already cold. Then she half made my drink and asked her staff to finish it then started yelling at him because he wasn’t working fast enough… Very strange management style and as a customer it bothered me. On another occasion the manager helped someone in line behind me and said she did so because their order was easy. That particular time my order was only a plain bagel. I understand making concessions for regulars but let them wait their turn! I can’t wait for a new bagel shop to open in town.

Service was very fast and as usual they were very friendly. I have been to many Einstein Brothers locations and this one has one of their easier parking lots to navigate through. At any rate I tend to steer to the Tasty Turkey sandwich or the Santa Fe(for breakfast) but I will mix it up from time to time and this time I got the bagel flat breakfast sandwich with Egg, Swiss, Mushroom and Asparagus. I must say it was pretty tasty, The desserts/sweets are great as well.

This was my first time at this location. When I walked up I noticed all the tables outside were full. This was an indicator to me that they were busy. It’s a saturday about 1:30 pm. When I walked in I literally sighed. The place was jammed packed, long line and all. I guess all these other people had the same idea as me, forget about cooking breakfast today!!! So I patiently just stood there in line. Thank goodness I checked out their menu online before I came because the menu inside the store was hard to read. I was happy to find they offered egg whites and turkey sausage. These healthier options made my husband happy. I ordered two sandwiches for each of us. I got the classic egg sandwich with applewood bacon and chedder cheese on asiago bagel. It turned out to be delicious. I scarfed down both sandwiches in record time, lol. I hated the long line but the food was worth the wait.

This location is right near my ob doctor’s office, so I have been coming here after my appointments! I’ve been having a craving for the asiago cheese bagel! So good and the staff has been very friendly each time!
