Vic Pinto is a Charisma Coach and Conversation Expert. He teaches men and women how to tune in to their inner charisma and make a great impression on anyone, anywhere. Vic holds affordable monthly charisma workshops that teach advanced and technical tips that, when implemented into daily behaviors, will improve an individual’s presence, social value, warmth, and appeal.

Workshops review self-​imposed charisma obstacles and how to overcome them. How to set and follow a mental frame for social interactions. How to escalate and maneuver an uncomfortable conversation into a personal interaction. An in-​depth analysis of effective and ineffective body language and posture practices. How to be a great listener. The structure and inner workings of a conversation; the focus is on ensuring that all clients have an understanding of how to be an outstanding conversationalist and tips on how to maximize their conversations with others. And finally, how to use these skills to build a relationship of your choosing after the initial interaction.

A lifelong charisma aficionado, Vic gathered his years of research and experience and started teaching his friends how to improve their charm. Vic eventually saw the positive effects his coaching had on others and decided to devote his career to it. He has recently started working on a book tailored to reveal a technical approach to charisma and self-​improvement. Vic now holds monthly charisma workshops in different cities all over the country for those who wish to improve their social skills and become more charismatic. Vic vows that clients’ personalities will remain intact and that they will be equipped to express their true selves; substance over flash and confident genuineness over pretension.

He lives in Miami, FL. with his partner of 10 years and relaxes by playing basketball, watching movies, and socializing with strangers at public events.
