I am very happy with this facility, with these doctors, and with the overall UM Health System experience. Historically, I’ve had great doctors and I’ve had bad ones. If I had my way, I’d stick here for a long while.

After my last visit, I decided it was time for an update.
The customer service isn’t as friendly and my wait time has drastically increased, even after requesting the first appointment of the day. My doctor listens well and follows up, and she’s good about returning phone calls or ordering prescriptions without making an appointment, but there’s just something lacking. She’s very calm, but without too much of a sense of humor. The two times I had semi serious medical issues, she has referred me to someone else without bothering to inquire herself.
The staff is still pretty friendly and I guess this practice could be considered a gem in Miami, but I’m not willing to settle based on that fact. Step it up, UM Health System.
Also, my friend and coworker who recommended her is no longer a patient for the same reasons…
