Moved from California to Miami Beach and used Rebecca Carmona at the The Carmona Group. She basically took care of everything for me, which I love. She went and looked at properties that met my requirements and gave me insightful information about the condition of each property and area. She kept me informed and provided consistent details. Without being in the Miami area myself, she was my eyes and ears. I am so happy I found her. My move would not have been easy without her. Will definitely keep her in mind for the future.
She went above and beyond my expectations. So rare to see this level of service anymore.

I found Diana Rosa via craigslist… after terrible luck with other realtors our expectations weren’t very high. Diana was AMAZING! She was always available, responsive via txt, email and calls. After giving her a budget, she immediately sent us listings and spent 2 full afternoons showing us places. she had great advice and is a true professional! Would def use her again!

Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable about the south Florida Real Estate market. As first time home buyers, my husband and I relied on her expertise a lot when purchasing our house. She was very responsive and available whenever we needed her including nights and weekends. I feel I need to update this review as my last interaction was a different situation from the initial. While acting as a proxy for my friend who was purchasing a home, I was supposed to do the closing just before heading out of town for business/​vacation. The closing dates kept on being shifted around, and at the very last moment (hours prior to me leaving the state for the next two weeks) I was informed that I would need to make my way to Coral Gables to deal with the paperwork. The message that was conveyed to Rebecca was that I had very little time, and I was assured that the process would take «20 – 30 minutes.» Upon my arrival, I was informed by the closing agent that I would need to sign on each document with my name, that of the buyer, with additional wording that would have more than tripled my time in the office. Had I not WALKED OUT of the closing, I would have been there for HOURS simply because there was some sort of urgent rush to close on my friend’s home purchase according to the Carmonas. There are more things to say as to how this process went awry, but my point is that I am very disappointed with the services from my last interaction.

If you want an excellent, professional real estate agent, David Carmona should be the name that comes to mind. Mr. Carmona knows the industry, he is exceptional at communicating and he has gone well beyond any other agent that we have dealt with in the past.

Picking the right realtor for the task of both buying and selling a house is imperative. I have had the pleasure of working with David Carmona of the Carmona Group both representing me as a home buyer and helping family selling a condo. David has demonstrated vast expertise. I would imagine that any realtor can look through listings and recommend homes to look at. David’s skill set goes far beyond. He has a comprehensive knowledge of local markets, and knows exactly what is a reasonable amount to expect for a home being purchased or sold. If selling a home, he will know what to do to max out the potential sales price. Furthermore, he has gone beyond the call of duty and supported me in the process of acquiring home owner’s insurance, homestead tax exemption, title companies, and home inspection. He puts his customer’s needs first, and makes himself always available. In the daunting task of buying or selling a home, David is an excellent assent to have in your corner.

David Carmona did an outstanding job representing us in our condo sale. His advice on strategy and pricing was spot on. His marketing campaign was professional and elegant, representing our condo extremely well. He deftly managed the various offers we received, helping us sell our home with a price slightly over our asking price. I would highly recommend his firm

I had been looking at various rentals for about four months. This included dealing with realtors as well as doing searches of my own. I felt like I was going in circles. The rentals I found on my own were outdated listings, and the realtors were slow and hard to get in touch with.
I finally called Rebecca, and within 24 hours, I had a home. Not only was she able to show me the listings that I had sent her, but she had also found other listings that I didn’t have access to, consequentially leading me to the rental I ended up choosing.
Rebecca was so thorough in every aspect, from answering calls and texts to scouring the contract and walk-​through. She was everything I was looking for in a realtor, and I plan on using her when buying a house in the next couple of years. I absolutely 100% recommend The Carmona Group. Rebecca Carmona was incredible. My boyfriend and I were looking for a safe, comfortable place for us and our dogs. Rebecca took all of our wants and needs and found us the PERFECT apartment. She was so helpful leading up to this point by offering rides to and from showings and really putting all her expertise into us. I can’t wait to purchase our home with Rebecca.

I’m going to be honest if I could rate David Carmona a negative star I would. To begin my review I also have to state in David’s defense anyone with a pulse in south florida can be a realtor, I dealt with several of them and it’s true what they say South florida is the land where the uneducated rule… so my wife and I moved from Wisconsin to Florida so my wife could finish medical school to get her MD. We talked to other medical students and they recommended David. David promised us a lot of things such as the unit would be cleaned and the windows would be pressured wash. When we got to the unit neither of these things were done in addition the entire building was under construction which he never mentioned as we were hundreds of miles away when we agreed to the prop. Long story short we had all the windows boarded, our living room was boarded off, dust everywhere, our furniture damaged and bugs infested our kitchen. In addition to all of this we had random construction workers walking through our unit while we were out and leaving the door unlocked and wide open. I asked for help in resolving these issues but everyone just sat with their hands under their ass as my pregnant wife began to have issues due to the loud construction and dust. Long story short we moved out, found an amazing place. If I ever run into David in miami…

I highly recommend Diana as a realtor. She did an amazing job finding the perfect apartment for me. Diana showed me a unit in a building that I didn’t even take into consideration before. I’m so glad she did this and combined her expertise with what I wanted. I love my apartment and my new neighborhood.

Diana Rosa has got to be the most accommodating, pleasant, and helpful realtor I’ve ever used (and I’ve moved MANY times). She always replied promptly to my emails or texts, even when I would bother her after 10pm. She immediately understood the kind of place I was looking for, and never wasted my time by showing me anything she knew I wouldn’t like. She was mindful of my price range and never tried to show me something too expensive just to get a bigger commission. She even shuffled around her schedule to accommodate my hectic schedule. About 6 months ago, my husband and I were so fortunate to come across the Unilocal profile for Elite Realtor Group (ERG) in which we found David and Rebecca Carmona. We had been researching realtors in the Miami area, hoping to find someone who was efficient, knowledgeable and who had our best interest in mind. We wanted to buy our first home in Miami and we were eager to do it fast.
Who we found was just who we expected and MORE. David Carmona was approachable, helpful, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable. We loved, loved, loved his down-​to-​earth personality and high level of professionalism. In addition, we found that his website and search engine tools were very user friendly. This allowed us to play an active role in searching for the home of our dreams.
Another thing we loved about David was that he was very aware of our subtle comments or even non verbal reactions to the homes we saw. After our first showing, David already knew how I felt about outdoor living space and ceiling fans. In other words, he really paid attention to details and without us even mentioning it he would already know whether we liked something or not. If he was not sure how we felt about a house or a particular situation he would make sure to ask us. This allowed him to make the best recommendations regarding which homes might interest us.
David and Rebecca worked hand in hand to provide us with the best service possible. In fact, we might have not even seen the house bought because when we saw the pictures we thought it would not interest us. David mentioned to us that Rebecca had seen it in person and thought the pictures did not do it justice. Now, we are happy to say we found a beautiful home and it was all thanks to both David and Rebecca.

SO blessed to have them. We were looking to relocate to Miami from California. We had a few days to accomplish so much. We found David Carmona by accident on line and what a blessing he has been.
