All you can eat Steakhouse with a fixed price!
We are an Argentinian Steakhouse. Our all-you-can-eat method allows you to choose what you want, how much you want and when you want it.
We have a fixed price, that includes a salad bar with over 30 appetizers, all you can eat from the grill, half a bottle of wine, a 32 oz. pitcher of beer, or the soft drink of your choice, and a dessert or a coffee.
In our grill, youll find everything from NY Steak to filet mingon, from «Chorizo» to skirt, chicken and pork, and of course, a wide variety of the best argentinians cuts of meat.
So, just sit down, choose your meat, and repeat!
History
Established in 1993.
Siga la vaca history started in 1993 when a group of entrepreneurs linked to the meat industry got together to open the first all you can eat argentinian bbq.
The first Siga la Vaca was situated outside Buenos Aires. It had a small lounge with capacity to seat just 40 people. The restaurant turned out to be a success, and started expanding its capacity, ending up with 400 seats.
In 1996, we opened our 2nd store, in San Isidro, a historic neighborhood. In 1998, we opened our 3rd, in Buenos Aires bayside area, Costanera.
In 1999, we landed on Buenos Aires most exclusive area, Puerto Madero, with a restaurant that can hold up to 550 people. That restaurant is today our flagship, receiving people from all over the world, and feeding over 20.000 people a month.
We also have an «Express» branch, were you can enjoy the best griled meat sandwiches, in 4 locations around Buenos Aires.
Our restaurant in Miami, is the first one in the USA.
